The whole purchasing of the house became complicated due to above parties in the chain but with Kirsty and Jordan pushing and chasing, I honestly feel the whole purchase would have fallen through. Alice & Steve were by far the most help to get our house sale eventually through the laborious process. On many occasions Alice went above and beyond, one example was when I was asked by our buyers to identify something on our house plans, Alice stepped in and scanned the document and sent it straight through.
