CGT Lettings Omdömen

The Gloucester team, especially Frances, have always been incredibly helpful, always cheerful and willing to help when we need it. Thanks so much!

I recently booked a viewing for my parents, who are relocating to the area. Natasha was very accommodating & explained the process in detail, to my parent's at the viewing. Her local knowledge was a great help too. Fantastic service!

Dear Molly and CGT Lettings-Gloucester

I wanted to express my appreciation for the smooth transition to my new home. The process was well-coordinated, and your professionalism made the experience stress-free. From clear communication to efficient handling of all formalities, we are grateful for your support.

Thank you for your excellent service. I would gladly recommend your team to others.

Best regards,
Lucy

Delta with Talia Kenney at cgt meeting . She and the team was very helpfully and they would keep my up to date with anything going on. Always happy to help and answer any questions I had and made it as easy as they could for me

Extremely professional, helpful and informative. Every interaction with the staff has been spot on. Would have no problem recommending this company.

They are fraud. They made me to put deposit on a property on condition that they first sell my property and than I will buy the other property. They couldn’t manage to sell my one, but they sold the other property to someone else without my knowledge and refused to give me back my deposit. Their sales assistant James, hide the truth and terms and convinced me to believe his words, afterwards, on which he didn’t stand.

Very informative and welcoming! They’ve been more than happy to help us and have made our move very smooth. Paris was especially helpful when she welcomed us to our new home! Thank you all ☺️

Saffron was amazing from start to finish, she made the whole experience so easy and definitely lowered the stress levels while going through the process. She kept me updated on everything and was so helpful with any questions I had. Thank you

The property was in great condition. Newly decorated with immaculate white painting, and new carpets.
Also the staff at Gloucester have been very helpful, taking into consideration my work hours to leave clear voice messages when I missed their calls due to being at work.

Also not to forget my welcome pack, it is so thoughtful.

Thanks to the girls at Gloucester for all your help, especially Paris for going the extra mile. 5 star review!!

The way we were treated. she was amazing in her professional

Lovely people but their advice was well below par. Gave me a rental valuation which was over £400 off of achievable (just to get a sale!)

CGT make my house searching easy for me, CGT is doing amazing job.

Their dedication to my satisfaction and assistance was evident in how they went out of their way to accommodate my viewings schedules and secure property to rent. Fabulous service from the staff in the Cheltenham branch sales team, going above and beyond to keep me informed and get my purchase over the line. I am very grateful for a great service.

My whole experience from Paris showing me the property and being my main point of contact throughout, she has been excellent. Natasha and Frances have also been extremely helpful and being my first time renting, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me through the process,

Cgt lettings Quedgeley took care of reletting my property. They dealt with everything efficiently and quickly, and communicated well with me, making the whole process easy.
