CGT Lettings Omdömen

Saffron and all the ladies at CGT have been so helpful, can't thank them enough for finding us somewhere perfect. Highly recommended

Amazing experience with CGT viewed a house on the Saturday and they had me in by the Thursday due to an urgent situation. Beth and saffron both worked really hard to get me and my little boy in and I will be forever grateful to these two amazing ladies!! Thank you so much <3

Great experience with CGT Lettings. The property was spotless and exactly what I wanted. The process was smooth and professional. Huge thanks to Saffron for being so helpful and responsive—she made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my experience. Lexi was amazing all the way through. Office is in a great location, easy to park.

Look forward to working with you all again soon.

CGT Quedgely manage my property portfolio. Beth and her team, are all excellent, and so friendly and helpful. So nice to be able to pop into a local office to be able to discuss and resolve any issues which may occur.

The team at the Quedegeley branch are always very welcoming and happy to help.

Fabulous team.

Beckie has been absolutely wonderful and a big help throughout this process. She has made the process incredibly easy as first time movers!!

Very disappointed with letting management. Tenant made a complete mess, broke numerous things. Ended up spending thousands and no assistance.

Warm and friendly team. Assisted very quickly with finding us a new home. Gave lots of information and support. Would recommend as always on hand to support.

Thank you to Michelle & the team in Cheltenham for quickly arranging new tenants for me - excellent service and much appreciated as always.

CGT were amazing, they helped make my move very easy. One person especially was Paris Organ, she was always there Monday to Friday answering every question I had, and making sure it was as easy as possible for me

We have had a very good experience with Tewkesbury CGT lettings. Beckie Cook especially was wonderful and helped us find a perfect home. It hasn’t been easy as a young couple moving a few hours away but the team have made it an easy as can be move. I couldn’t be more happy with this team! Thank you guys 💖

Very happy with how CGT helped myself and my son get our home. Have been with CGT previously for 5 years. Then had my son and needed a bigger home, honestly the move and process was perfect right from the start. A massive thank you to Saffron from CGT Quedgeley for keeping me updated with everything. Couldn’t have got our dream home without her.

Natasha and Molly have made the finding and moving into a new property really straightforward. Always helpful and informative. Replied promptly with information requested and worked with us to sort out any stumbling blocks. The whole process from start to finish was just over 2 weeks. Thank you both for all your help!!

Genuinely fantastic experience with CGT Cheltenham letting a property! The staff are so helpful and friendly, just awesome!!
Special shout out to Michelle for going the extra mile for us and for being a ln absolute ray of sunshine in what can be quite a stressful process!

The whole team at CGT lettings Gloucester were amazing, from the initial contact they put my mind at ease with the process of renting out my property, which had seemed overwhelming before the call. From start to finish was a great experience and I can't recommend them enough .

I dealt mainly with Molly, but the entire team in Gloucester were professional and incredibly helpful people. I was very impressed with the levels of professionalism, helpfulness and not least, cheerfulness of all the team. I felt I was part of the process, being involved form start to finish. This was a standard I had never recieved in dealing with estate Agents in the past. Thank you so much Molly and team. If anyone needs an Estate Agent I could not recommend CGT Gloucester enough.

CGT Gloucester are one of the best letting agents that I have come across. Had a great experience from entry to exit of my 4 yr tenancy with them. They are very professional and handled everything quite efficiently. Thanks

Outstanding Service from Natasha at CGT!

We recently moved into our new home, and Natasha from CGT was an absolute star throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. Her communication was always prompt and clear, ensuring that every detail was handled smoothly.

What truly set Natasha apart was her friendly and proactive approach. She went above and beyond to make sure our move-in experience was stress-free, addressing any queries we had with patience and expertise. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely invested in making things easier for clients, but Natasha did just that.

We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless moving experience. Thank you, Natasha, for making our transition into our new home such a positive one!

I had the pleasure of having the checks undertaken by Bethan Murphy for our properties at Hardwicke Gloucester. After her visits to the properties she emailed me and advised me in great detail regarding the work i have been doing regarding all the neccessary checks that are required. After another conversation she made sure she had answered alll my questions throughly and added a few more points she thought might be useful.i would advise any landlord to have these checks as things are changing all the time and its quite a lot to think about.
Thankyou CGT for this experience well worth it.
