Disgusting service
Disgusting service ! Ordered chocolate callets the chocolate came in one solid block due to them clearly not storing correctly. Meaning I can not use the 10kg worth of chocolate for intended purpose. Spoke with customer service and told they wouldn't replace or refund. 1 working day to spot and report an issue even if reported they won't do anything. Absolute scam. Now taking it up with my bank to do a charge back.

Hello.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order. Please however allow me to state several facts below to allow fair representation of all parties.
1) As my colleague attempted to explain to you via the web chat, our warehouse is designed to remain cool for storing chocolate, even during the hot summer months we do not have issues with chocolate melting in our warehouse. We can 100% assure our customers that the chocolate did not melt in our warehouse and we store all of our products to the recommended guidelines.
2) We do state in our terms "Please note: Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for instances of our chocolate melting in transit." This is normally a rare occurrence and even then only normally in the hottest peak of summer. However as the chocolate is designed for melting, it can still be used for its intended purpose, and this is why the statement was added to our website during the heat wave earlier this year.
3) Third and most relevant point is that the chocolate was delivered on 29/10 and the melting was not reported until 3/11, 5 days later. We will always do our utmost best to keep our customers satisfied, but unfortunately by this length of time there was no way to establish whether the chocolate had melted during transit or at the customers premises.
