Won't be ordering on here anymore, placed an order for some topping sauces, one of them was the Monin Gourmet white chocolate sauce, it's disgusting! Avoid at all costs, this does not taste anything like white chocolate. It taste like a gross Milk Syrup, not even edible. Contacted CFW and although their own customer service said that this one taste like milk(obviously not what is described or advertised), they have refused to refund me or send the Sephra one. Would no longer recommend people to buy from them since this is how they treat their customers, why stock a product you know is not as described and then offer no resolution when a customer complains.

Contacted CFW as I had left it a little late to purchase some stock for an upcoming event - they sorted a next day delivery, made the whole process very simple and were fantastic on the phone with supporting getting the order rushed through.
Event went all to plan as well - thanks to the team for their support.

Used CFW for years, great prices, speedy delivery. I would buy 10kg at a time. Made an order, put it in storage, when it came to using it 3 months later, they'd sent me the wrong order. Apparently you need to contact them 1 day of getting the receipt, even though they made the error. Now I have £70 worth of a product I cannot use. If ordering 54% chocolate, double check the number as the bags look similar to the 70% - similar enough for the company to mess the order up, so similar enough for you to mistake it for the item you ordered.

I was very disappointed when I got my order. I have never seen so many small squares of fudge, so very sorry I will not be ordering again

This was my first order with this company and will certainly be placing many more. Incredibly quick service with next day delivery and their prices beat Amazing hands down even with shipping. I'm just a hobby baker but use a lot if Callebaut chocolate so getting a good price for 70% chocolate means I'm very happy and so many other lovely products. So pleased to have found this company
