Helen the lodge manager at hadley lodge is a great asset to your company but a bigger asset to us residents. For example one of our large refuse wheelie bins had a wheel broken due to our over zealous bin men and it took helen approximatly three months of constant chasing the council to get it replaced. When that one was delivered it was in such a disgusting state that another one had to be requested, this time a one in slightly better condition arrived. Helen is always available for any problem be it large or small and is always available to assist in any i.t.problems.

I was made to feel welcome here at Coronation Lodge from the first day. Emma, the sales executive, had been supportive at very stage of the purchasing process. Stuart, the Lodge Manager, is excellent. He looks after the property, keeps his eye open for any problems, and responds to peoples’ requests. He is always willing to help people in any way he can, and he is always smiling and cheerful.

Yet again,it looks like the former Housing 21 residents are getting worse deal. What happened to "nothing will change"? Our Area Manager has suddenly slapped us with an additional £50 plus in our service charge for the contingency fund. We have never paid this before. I phoned customer feedback and was told to talk to our Area Manager. She claimed to have taken legal advice although we have not seen any evidence of this. However, the AM has been off sick since producing the service charge accounts. I mentioned this to the feedback person who repeated that I had to speak to the AM. I suggested to the feedback person that they were passing the buck and to my disbelief they said yes. Along with others from my property we have been told by Emma McCarthy in writing that our contingency fund is paid via exit fees and makes no mention of an additional payment. We still await confirmation that the service charge element should be scrapped. Some of the residents are refusing to pay this part of the payment until they have confirmation. CEM please pull your finger out and confirm the situation before more negative reviews appear.

Here at Minster Court in Lichfield, I just want to say that our Lodge Manager - Steve Humberstone - is incredibly helpful and interested in the welfare of all owners. Every day, he inspects the garden and checks the bins. He always has a friendly disposition which is very comforting.

I live at Arlington Lodge in Leamington Spa and it has everything I need. It’s walking distance to the shops and the amenities are excellent. We have a lovely lodge manager who looks after everyone and all my neighbours are friendly. There are many activities to join in and you can do as few or as many as you choose. As well as the day to day activities there are also others arranged for special occasions. There is a monthly restaurant club, yoga, afternoon tea, fish and chip night, to name just a few.We also have beautiful gardens to sit in in the summer.
It’s an easy place to live in. I’m on my own but feel very secure here as the manager lives on site and security is good.
Apartments vary in size and type so there is something for everyone

SPICER LODGE STOURBRIDGE

I always look forward to visiting my relative at Spicer lodge a in Stourbridge, managed by Churchill Estate Management. It’s such a warm, welcoming place, and every visit leaves me with a lasting sense of comfort and happiness.

The guest suite is beautifully kept—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect space to relax and feel at home. One of my favourite features is the lovely green flower area I’ve even helped out there myself:) it offers a peaceful setting with ample seating. It’s a wonderful spot to sit, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings, especially on a nice day like today

The building itself is very well maintained, reflecting the care and attention given by the management. The manager is always helpful, approachable, and clearly dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly for residents and visitors alike.

Most importantly, I love visiting my relative here—they are so happy and settled, which speaks volumes about the environment at Spicer Lodge. It truly is a special place, and I always leave looking forward to my next visit.

I had the pleasure of singing to a handful of the residents this afternoon and I was made to feel so welcome, to the point I sat down and had a cream tea with them all, such a lovely place and to see the smiles on their faces was great

Excellent managers at Hudson Lodge Cheam both professional, friendly and approachable and go out of their way in offering help, advice and support as necessary.
Having moved into my flat 6 months ago they have enabled me to settle quickly into my new home and to meet other like minded people living in the Lodge.

Always pleasure to visit my grandparents in Coleman Lodge, Aldridge.
The communal areas are always spotlessly clean and fresh,and the Lodge manager Eve is such a delight..

Cleves Lodge - stayed in the Guest Suite. Comfy bed, good size TV, lovely clean room, quiet night, friendly Lodge Manager. Friendly owners. Pub a short distance away. Recommended.

I like the together community the only gripe i have is why the lounge lights have to be left on between 9-5 7days a week i understand that potential buyers may like to look around but surely and especially in the summer months when everywhere is naturally bright(especially our lounge at Dovehouse lodge in Hitchin) clients can still see the clever layouts of of all areas plus your saving the carbon footprint! I would of thought that when sales know a client is coming to visit i would be better to quickly put light on ready for the visit that way Churchills and its residents can save on unnecessary high bills and more money to spend elsewhere due to the savings made

My mother in law has been at Fairbanks lodge for 7 years.
Her experience has improved dramatically since the new manager Nicki Shepherd has taken up her position.
Nicki consistently goes out of her way to ensure Maureen’s well being.
She is kind , considerate and her communication is always clear / direct and so encouraging.

The Manager at Grace Lodge, Thornbury (Tracy Downham) has been so helpful during my mothers illness and after she passed away so I’d like to say a big thank you to her for being so kind, helpful and supportive both to myself and all of my family.

If you are ever considering moving to one of Churchill’s retirement apartments then I would absolutely encourage you to do so as the experience my mum had whilst at Grace Lodge and the kindness shown by their Lodge Manager is second to none! Nothing is too much trouble and the sense of community you feel if that is what you require (or not if you prefer not to get too involved) is so lovely for everyone.

When our previous Lodge Manager resigned, it was worrying to be left without cover until a replacement was found.
We are delighted to say that our new manager, Jo, has proved to be an excellent appointment.
She has a fair and kindly manner, is approachable, knowledgeable and professional.
She can turn her hand to most things, and doesn't seem to be fazed by anything.
She is a very good listener, and mediates well in disputes between apartment owners to facilitate a favourable outcome.
She is an excellent choice for our community.

We have lived at the above lodge for almost 5 years and on the 2nd April we held an accounts meeting with our area manager Paul King
As usual Paul conducted proceedings in a professional manner and answered all the questions put to him to our satisfaction and he his very well respected by the residents
We cannot finish without mentioning our wonderful lodge manager Gill Eades nothing is too much trouble for Gill and we all appreciate everything she does for us all

I visit a lady who resides at Arlington lodge Leamington Spa.
It’s a beautiful place and the residents and staff are very welcoming and friendly
I have joined in with the many activities that take place

I have stayed in the guest room of Liberty Lodge in Bury St Edmunds so that I can view the available flats here. Gemma the Sales Manager suggested this as I live in Leeds. It was a great suggestion as it gave me a good feel of the development and I got to speak to people living here. They all seem very happy in their flats and really appreciate the support of the Lodge manager Silka. The development is built to a high standard and very close to the centre of town and its amenities.

My Mum lives in Catherine Lodge, when we walk into the place it always feels clean warm and homely.
We have just celebrated my parents 70th Wedding Anniversary with the other residents in the lounge. Penny the Lodge Manageress could not have been more kind and accommodating. She was above and beyond helpful to us assisting our every need. She is always cheerful, approachable and practical.
Since Penny has been there she organises so many lovely social events for the residents which my Mum thoroughly enjoys. Which makes us, as a family very happy.
