CDJapan is a superb store. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, and the customer service is second to none. Items are always well-packaged and dispatched quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending CDJapan to anyone.

I've been using their services for 10 years now, mainly for cds, limited edition goodies and books and I've always been satisfied. They are quick and take great precautions with the packages. I never received a damaged item.
Their customer service is very nice, helpful and patient in their answers. The only problems I encounter if ever are from my side of the ocean and the local post.

I just received my cd compilation from the FMA anime series last week and it is in perfect condition. It was very helpful to be able to pay the VAT directly at the time of order to avoid the raises from my local services in my own currency.

I've made over 100 orders over the last 5 years using CD Japan. They have never made an error with any of my orders. Their website is very user friendly.
CD Japan has a really large selection of Japanese Magazines, DVDs and CDs. They also carry "english language" albums that are custom releases that are not released in the USA. So if you are a music fan, or like Japanese magazines, they have you covered. They also sell clothing and a ton of other things. Their shipping is first class. You'll never be disappointed with the quality of service that you receive from CD Japan.

First I live in Mexico, is very hard obtain cds of great manufacture like the japanise , its easy buy in the page , and pay is easy too . The cds or dvds are carefull put in your box . Always come in 100 % perfect.

No Quality control!

I purchased few brushes from CD Japan. I never really get helpful responses, which I lived with. Because it was not not major like never combing an order..etc. But now they sent me a brush that is not only shedding non-stop, it also has yellow particles in it. No idea is that insect eggs or dried dye thing. It Their response to me was we sent these photos to the manufacturer and we will let you know if we get a response. If we get a response. And mind you this the silverFox dragan release 2024 that is a collaboration between CDJapan and Koyudo. I am scared to hell what I introduced to my home if this is mites or whatever!! and asking me to wait a while until the manufacturer may respond. Appalling. This should have never left the warehouse. If there were negative stars I would give them

Terrible service.
I had an preorder cd that never arrived.
Their response basically was "sorry, it may or may not arrive. The US postal service is terrible and you have to wait and see if they send it back to us." I don't know what service they use, but I have received stuff off ebay in a few days. Their denial of responsibility is absolute abhorrent, will never use them again

Have used CDJapan 3 times now. Everytime they are better than the last. Have never had to wait more than 7 days for delivery, which when combined with their use of DHL is superb. My last order was for a pre-order set due for release in Japan on 1st May. It was delivered by DHL to my home in Melbourne by 3pm 1st May. You dont get any better than these guys.

J'ai commandé (1ère commande) avec réticence après avoir lu certains avis, mais mes articles sont difficiles à trouver hors du Japon (ou alors sur Eb.. à des prix effarants). Bref, en faisant bien attention à avoir dans mon caddie que des articles livrables sous 2 à 4 jours, tout c'est bien passé. Les articles sont conformes et authentiques. Livraison rapide, envoi du numéro de tracking par CDjapan et suivi impeccable avec le transporteur.
