My mother passed away on November 2 without insurance, I was looking on several websites for a specific color casket. I sent a message and Joe contacted me via phone. This man was such a blessing. He was very caring about my needs and found exactly the casket I was looking for as well as delivered it in one day just as he promised! It was very beautiful! The prices are great! He responds very quickly except of course if he is in mid travel. He saved me $2,000. I highly recommend this company. They really do care. We will continue to use him instead of those overpriced caskets at the funeral home. You and your family will not be disappointed!

I cant give Joe enough praise. My cousin ordered a casket for my aunt's funeral. Not only was it absolutely stunning but it arrived in a very timely manner, even in the midst of a record breaking ice storm in Oklahoma. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. Joe was courteous, professional, performed exactly as promised, and exceeded all expectations. I recently purchased a caskets and Joe helped me his customer services was excellent. I purchased it on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I live in NJ, and it was being shipped to AL. I had to do everything from here because I could not travel since the virus. People were surprised when I said I would order my own casket but I knew the savings in doing this. Joe made this very easy for me and my family. I will be sure to refer him in the future.

Joe is the best! Last minute, I was looking to save money with the funeral home and found casketemporium website. I chatted with Joe and informed him I wanted the same exact casket I picked out at the funeral home. Joe sent me a picture of exactly what I was looking for and it was half the funeral home price. With short notice Joe made it happened and he personally delivered the casket on the exact day and time he stated. I was nervous about purchasing the casket for my aunt's funeral and the purchase online didn't make it any easier. Joe went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase On short notice he assured me the casket would arrive in time for the viewing I was sure if I did actually receive it there would be some type of issue ....I was wrong outstanding service excellent customer service and the casket was beautiful (this coming from a person terrified of anything that has to do with death and funerals) Thank you so much for everything ❤️

When my mother-in-law passed, the funeral home director tried to explain that he only had a few caskets that would be in the family's budget. Being in the middle of the Midwest, we were thinking that we would have to go with their casket prices. Also, he was saying that the cemetery would "most likely" require a vault, which would add even more to the price.

I looked online and found great reviews with Joe. While looking through the website, I found the same casket for less than half the price the funeral home had offered. Also, found out that most cemeteries allow grave liners instead of the more expensive vaults.

I called Joe to see if he could have the casket delivered in time for the funeral. This was after hours on Tuesday, and the director needed the casket Friday afternoon. Joe didn't have one in St Louis, but had one in Texas. He made sure that everything was taken care of and made sure that the casket made it there on time.

With buying the casket from Joe, and the info on the grave lining, the funeral went smoothly and saved the family over $3000.

Joe definitely goes far beyond just selling you a casket at a special price. He makes sure that you have the item you asked for, no matter the logistical hoops he has to play. He is truly there for you when you are in one of your deepest needs. Thanks again, Joe.

I wish I could give Joe 10 stars. While going through the most difficult situation, he was extremely kind, professional and compassionate. We purchased a beautiful coffin from him for my grandfather. He allowed us to give my grandfather the pride he deserved. I will recommend him to all who need a coffin for a family member or a friend. The services for our recently deceased father were held at a funeral home in Flushing NY. Based on the handful of casket options offered by the funeral home, my step-mom chose a Batesville casket for $6,500.

Because the planning meeting with the funeral director felt like a meeting with a car salesman, my brother and I decided to do some on-line research to confirm that the $6,500 was a fair price and/or to find a comparable casket at lower price.

I found and called a casket distributor in Michigan, but that company did not service the NY area. Fortunately, the Michigan guy tells me "Joe" can help me and gives me Joe's number.

My brother called Joe, who was able to offer the same exact casket for $4,000. At first, I planned to ask the funeral home to reduce our costs by the $2,500 difference. But, when I called Joe to confirm that he could get the same model for $4,000, I decided to buy the casket through Joe instead because he seemed so honest and helpful.

When the funeral home was informed of our decision to buy the casket separately, they tried to make it more difficult by saying that we would also need to independently purchase the vault because of their concern that the casket might not fit properly in the vault.

When the issue was brought to Joe, Joe said he could get the same vault for about $1,000 cheaper than the funeral home. However, the local vault companies won't work with Joe on vaults for this particular funeral home. The reason being that this funeral home would stop using any vault company that produced vaults for outside vendors. When I get Joe and the funeral director on a call together, the funeral director backtracks and says the funeral home would be able to get the vault.

After the call, Joe asks me for the name of the cemetery where my father will be buried. I tell him Rosehill. Off the top of his head, he tells me to call "Ruth" at Rosehill to see if a vault is actually needed. So, we called Ruth, who indicated a vault was optional, not mandatory, for my father's plot. That would up saving us another $2,200.

I would totally recommend Joe for casket needs. In addition to offering great prices, Joe seems knowledgeable on all aspects of funerals and is really good to work with.
