I recently purchased a casket online from Sky Caskets during a very difficult time, and I want to share how grateful I am for the experience.

I spoke with Matthew throughout the process, and I cannot say enough about his compassion, patience, and professionalism. In a moment filled with grief and stress, he made everything feel simple and handled every detail with care. If I can give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend sky caskets.

Sky Caskets was a pleasure to work with. The CEO Rex, took time out of his busy schedule to help us personally.
By ordering the casket directly from Sky Caskets we saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend buying your casket directly from this company versus buying it through the funeral home.

It was absolutely amazing! For me, it was a confirmation that God is with us. They didn’t have the casket I ordered for my dad, and somehow the CEO of Sky Caskets himself received my order! He called me, and luckily I called him back in time. He upgraded my dad’s casket for free. He gave me a military discount because my dad was a 100% disabled veteran, and he also covered the shipping cost. Amazing! If I hadn’t gotten in touch with him when I did, the casket wouldn’t have shipped in time. He said he was a Christian, and God was with me. I am a Christian as well. Again, confirmation from the Lord. Thank you Sky Caskets! Thank you Lord Jesus!

After calling in, I was greeted by Matthew, the CEO of Sky Caskets. He was extremely professional and thoughtful during our phone call. What I really appreciated was that he wasn't making me feel rushed and he was very understanding and reassuring in regards to my initial concerns. During the time of bereavement, buying a casket for your love one can be a challenging task. We were blessed to work with the Matthew, the owner of the company to make this purchase. We wanted to honor my father the way he would want be honored. Our choice was not available but the owner was able to offer us more than we thought we could afford. It was truly a blessing to work with him and this company to make this process much easier for my family.

I posted a really really great complimented review for this company. No one returned my call or email, I know it was over the weekend when my brother went to view casket. No one contacted us back casket arrived like a day earlier than stated, thankful for that. The actual inside lining isn’t what we asked for, such a disappointment for what we paid for. It was suppose to be all white inside and out. The disappointment in my brothers face and voice for his beloved wife in a casket that’s not the color was heart wrenching.

I received terrific customer service, very efficient and excellent pricing.
I am very happy with Skycaskets and would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

During one of the hardest times for our family, Sky Caskets truly stepped up for us. We initially went through Titan Caskets and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The casket we received was not what we were expecting, which made an already painful situation even more stressful.
