Matthew help me get a casket for my wife and he was so wonderful and pointing out all the different features and options that we had and I went way beyond what a normal person would do to help us and we are just love the guy. The customer service was exceptional
The customer service was exceptional. We called the toll-free number late in the evening. The CEO--of all people--answered the call, gave us a good price on a casket, and moved quickly to ensure the casket would be on a truck scheduled to leave the warehouse within minutes of our call. Anyone who goes to a bank, store, restaurant, or almost anywhere else knows customer service in the U.S. is practically dead, dead, dead. This company is a rare exception.

The owner personally handled our personal request. He had an upbeat and happy disposition. As we worked with him to find the casket color I had been searching for he had us laughing. And that was great because I had been crying off and on all day since the recent loss of my mother. In the end I received everything I wanted for my mother. Would I promote this company (Skycaskets), YES!

We love the beautiful Primrose casket which we purchased for my dear Mother. The sales reps that helped us with our purchase were great, very friendly and helped us save money to go towards other funeral expense. We highly recommend Sky Caskets to everyone !!

Absolutely would recommend Skycaskets. My dad recently passed and I was unsure what I needed. The care and attention that Matt and his associates gave me was remarkable. They walked me through many options and even helped me pick a casket that represented who my dad was. I am so grateful for the help they gave me during this difficult time.
