This is the first review that I have ever written. Having read the experiences with Casket Emporium of so many reviewers on this site, I can say with firm commitment that every word expressed by all, is absolutely true! Joe helped me handle ALL of the arrangements for my father's service and did so in an effortless, extremely professional and competent manner. From saving me $2000 on a beautiful, quality casket with immediate delivery, to referring me to an affordable funeral director who was exceptional in every respect, Joe did it all with ease!! I will recommend this company with confidence to everyone I know. Thank you Joe, for being there for me... you have been a Godsend and I am very fortunate to have found a friend like you. 🙏🏼✌️💜

Out of all of the people that I dealt with through the painful process of planning a funeral, Joe was the light in this dark time. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to receive a gorgeous casket for my father-in-law on time (ahead of time, actually!) and within budget. Joe was extremely helpful in helping us get a very nice casket. I was a little concerned with a perfect rating but after dealing with Joe I understand how he earned that rating. This company is the best. Prices were extremely good and made an otherwise unpleasant life experience much easier. Promised delivery was kept and my family was very pleased with the casket.

Thank God there are people like Joe around when you need them. We looked online because of the high funeral costs for caskets, but were unsure about being able to get one delivered on time. Joe was patient, informative, and never pressured us once. We were confused over the casket we wanted, so when we gave him a description, he sent a picture via text, talk about personalized service! When your mourning people tend to take advantage in prices especially funeral homes. My sister found joe through goggle and joe came through!!! Exactly what we wanted. The casket is beautiful and he delivered himself and made sure it was what we wanted before leaving. very affordable price for great work!!! Thank you

I had to plan a funeral at Christmas time during a pandemic. I was already stressed out and then found out the cost of the funeral. It was overwhelming! I searched online and found a beautiful casket. I contacted them and Joe actually called me. I bought it and it was delivered. Instead of $6000, it was $1595. The funeral was perfect.

My experience with Casket Emporium was excellent. Joe is very courteous and replied quickly to text or phone calls. Even though we are in California and they are in New Jersey their service was great.

When the casket was delivered Joe called me to tell me that a big scratch was found. He obtained a replacement and had it delivered the next day (Christmas Eve). He really cares about providing good service and the right product.

Their prices are significantly lower what the funeral home will charge. I don't believe you can go wrong with them.

I was looking for a casket that fit my mom's reflection of her and I explained what she liked color wise and she loved flowers, so Joe was giving me colors to what I knew she would like and for flowers to be on the casket was a extra plus, Joe is patient and friendly and this is needed when trying to the right thing for loved one, so anyone that is looking for help, Joe is the person you want to talk to, Thank you Joe!

Casket Emperium demonstrated professionalism, dependability, timeliness, and empathy during our time of loss. The website was easy to navigate and provided many options for casket designs and prices. Joe provided professional advice in our effort to decide the right casket deemed befitting for our family patriarch. His ordering of the casket and delivery to the funeral home was timely and efficient. He also served as intermediate between my family and the funeral home when necessary to facilitate a smooth process. Joe was easily assessable for questions or to address concerns. I will highly recommend casket Emperium base on my family’s personal experience during our time of grief.

When faced with the sudden passing of my mother, the last thing i wanted to deal with was casket decisions. Joe was very easy to deal with and the casket was delivered directly to the funeral home as he said it would. Thank you for all your help during this difficult time.

The customer service is excellent. Very fast and attentive. There was a wide selection and the pricing was very reasonable. The only issue is the casket style of the casket we received was not the same as online. The design online had roses but the one delivered didn't have that, but when you order for a funeral there is not enough time to send it back and get another one so we did not say anything. The casket delivered was still beautiful and good quality and delivered less than 48 hours after ordering so we were more than satisfied

Hands down joe is one of the best guys to deal with.I had to get casket for my stepfather so i called late night and left a voice-mail. Joe promptly called back that night. I explained what i was looking for and when I needed it. He had started the order that night. He emailed me next morning with paperwork. The casket came on time in perfect condition top quality product. I went with a cedar one and received a lot compliments on it. Joe even reached out to make sure everything worked out and to make sure I was happy. Its reassuring to see people like joe take pride in their business at
