Prima data imi trimite mail ca s-a încercat livrarea. Nu s-a încercat nimic. Apoi, ma suna la 19:35, nu raspund, si-mi trimite in 2 minute mail ca s-a redacționat coletul catre puuct de ridicare. Neserioși!

I'd rather not buy the product than have the order delivered by Cargus. Once it took them 3 days to deliver an order and altered the track records in the app. The current order does not even show up in the app, I was notified exclusively by mail. It was supposed to be delivered today, but it hasn't and the courier doesn't answer the phone. Never will I ever choose them again.

Worst experience ever. They stole from the package.

A package was sent to another address and I wanted it redirected. I called the call center and when I tried to explain the problem, I was told that I had to chat on the website and they simply hung up on me rudely, saying that they had to take the next customer's call without even listening to my question. I went to the website and there is a chatbot that does not help with my problem. You leave a message and you don't know when you will get a reply. The point is that by the time they reply to the message, I will no longer be at the address where it needs to be redirected.
What can I say.
I do NOT recommend Cargus under any circumstances. Very poorly organized and with extremely rude staff.

Am 2 colete in livrare cu Cargus comandate acum o saptamana si nu se sinchisesc sa mi le aduca. NU RECOMAND.

Chaotic organisation. Please avoid!
They break your expedition in multiple parcels which are delivered by various drivers. I cannot understand this. Also, no way to contact them, only a stupid contact form.

Mai rau decat Cargus, este, din punctul meu de vedere ...NU. Nu este nimic mai rau decat Cargus. Imposibil sa vorbesti cu cineva. Inflexibilitate. Zac efectiv pe colete, in depozit, fara sa faca ceva. EXECRABIL. Iar cand ti se raspunde la mail, ca la mail-uri raspund ( culmea, ei stiu sa scrie, nu sa vorbeasca), ti se livreaza pasaje din proceduri sau din Termeni si Conditii.

The latest experiences have been terrible. The couriers did not contact me by phone. Address error. Reports from couriers that no one was at the address, even though I was specifically waiting for the package. Customer support consists only of robots, chatbots, and emails that no one responds to.

Le-am dat o stea fiind ca nu se poate mai putin. Soferul a motivat ca sambata e zi scurta, ba ca sunt putini soferi, etc. Pe aplicatie a pus ca nu am fost acasa si nu a putut face livrarea. Unul din cele mai slabe servicii de livrare. Customer service inexistent, nu poti intra in legatura cu un operator uman, nu poti discuta cu nimeni.
Livrarea conform termenului trebuia sa fie pe data de 17, va ajunge pe 20 ca de, e weekend si in weekend nu se lucreaza.
Am sa caut sa ii ocolesc de acum incolo si in momentul in care o sa cumpar ceva ce trebuie livrat acasa, daca au Cargus ca livrator, am sa renunt la cumparaturi daca nu au si alta optiune de livrare.

Terrible, they don’t even deserve 1 star. They pretend to deliver the packages just to leave you a message telling you to go pick them up yourself in the middle of nowhere. And that’s after they’ve already taken your delivery fee. EMAG should stop partnering with such couriers.

M-au sunat de dimineață dacă sunt acasă, că o să vină curierul azi. Am stat toată ziua în casă să-l aștept deși aveam o grămadă de treburi de făcut.

Era chiar atât de greu să mă mai sune o dată să zică: du-te nene și vezi-ți de treabă că nu venim azi.

the parcel was somehow taken from DHL to cargus without my knowledge or consent and wasn't delivered on the day of delivery. the parcel appears to be back at their warehouse without a delivery date.
so they basically stole my package.
there is also no way to contact anyone for help.
the worst courier service that i know of.

A venit curierul, nu m-a gasit, a spus ca el nu mai vine a doua zi inca o data...voi chiar crdedeti ca noi va asteptam in fata usii 8 ore ?
flexibilitate ...zero ! de un de va luati angajatii, din mina ?

Package sent with DHL from Germany, delivered in Romania with Cargus arrived damaged and ( ofcourse ) Cargus doesn`t want to assume any resposability in delivering it damaged. Very bad customer sevice, everybody who orders something online and it is delivered with Cargus, should think twice before sending out the order!

They were incapable to deliver a package even though I spent 5 days with chat and sending emails to contact due to a reprint label of the address, this is so unacceptable, the package arrived sooner from China and was blocked by them.

The worst possible courier services, non-existent communication, no answers to all complaints, communicated deadlines that are never met. This company is basically a big scam. I do not recommend it in any way

The worst. Their do not deliver, saying the destination is wrong or that I was not at the home address.
Disgusting. Avoid.

Am comandat un pachet din Olanda. Cand a ajuns in centrul de sortare Cargus am primit mail sa ma anunte. Aveau optiunea de a fi trimis la un cargus Ship and Go si am ales aceasta optiune. Am primit confirmare pe email ca va fi trimis acolo. A doua zi ma suna curierul si ma intreaba daca sunt acasa, ii zic ca sunt plecat din oras, dar ca am selectat deja ca acel pachet sa ajunga in alta parte. Foarte intelegator a zis ca o sa scrie el cu markerul pe cutie unde trebuie sa ajunga ca sa nu fie ratacit pe la depozit(din punctul meu de vedere nu era nevoie, ca doar totul e informatizat si la o simpla scanare a codului ar fi trebuit trimis automat in punctul Ship and Go unde selectasem si primisem confirmarea ca va ajunge). A doua zi primesc email ca este pe Strada Atomistilor(adica la locatia lor centrala). Caut numar de telefon, sun, nu raspunde decat un robot care nu ma poate ajuta, ca am awb ul si el imi zice clar unde e pachetul si altceva nu mai pot face.. Asa ca le trimit mail (joi 9 octombrie). Desigur ca nu imi raspunde nimeni nici pana acum(luni 13 octombrie). Asa ca ma duc pana in strada Atomistilor sa mi-l ridic. De la Dristor unde stau pana acolo si inapoi am facut fix 2 ore si 45 minute. Asta avand in vedere ca am platit 120 ron shippingul(nu stiu cat din banii astia au ajuns la Cargus, dar e treaba lor, in functie de ce contracte au). Deci 2 ore 45 minute din timpul meu plus benzina.
P.S.: acolo la locatia centrala sunt 4 birouri dar intotdeauna coada pentru ca doar un om e sa se ocupe de situatii. Ceilalti ii vezi in fata usii, afara, la tigari si cafele si azi fiind frumos si un pic de volei.
Asta e experienta mea cu Cargus.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. It’s hard to understand how companies continue to work with Cargus given the level of unprofessionalism displayed. Their notification messages provide no delivery date or timeframe — as if customers have nothing better to do than stay home all day waiting for a package.

Even worse, deliveries are often not attempted at all, yet the status falsely claims that the courier “could not find the recipient” — despite no phone call or doorbell ring. As a result, customers end up without their packages, having wasted money on delivery fees and time on follow-ups.
It’s disappointing and frustrating that, in 2025, service providers in Romania can still operate with such a lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity.

This is the worst courier company. The packages never arrive, and instead they send emails claiming 'delivery attempted, customer not home', even though I waited all day for them.
