Am asteptat o comanda aproximativ 2 săptămâni și când trebuia in sfârșit să o livreze, curierul a zis că n am răspuns la telefon și a dus o înapoi la sediul lor din Măgurele. Nu a sunat nici la telefon, nici la adresa și nici nu a lăsat număr pentru contact. Sunt ultimele mizerii și nu recomand nimănui să colaboreze cu ei
They fail to deliver the package and then send it to the warehouse so you have to pick it up like its somehow your fault for their mistake. This happened more than once consecutively. It's been 4 weeks and haven't received anything. The most incompetent delivery service ever. If i could give it less than 1 star, I would.
Astept un pachet de doua zile(in emailul trimis punea data livrari estimata ieri).
Azi,la 05.59h primesc un email,ma informeaza ca azi se va efectua livrarea.
La 11.00h primesc alt email:"Nu te-am gasit azi,super curierul nostru a incercat sa livreze expedierea dar din pacate nu a avut succes"
Asa zisul "super curier" nu numai ca nu s-a prezentat la poarta,nici macar nu s-a deranjat sa sune.Dar sa nu renunt asa usor,ca va mai avea o a doua incercare de livrarea maine!
Imi sugereaza totodata ca pot ridica pachetul convenabil de la punctele Cargus din apropiere.Din moment ce aleg sa platesc cheltuielile de livrare,o fac ca sa nu fiu nevoita sa ma deplasez de la sat pana la punctele lor de livrare.
La telefon raspunde un robot si la emailul pe care l-am trimis nu mi-au raspuns.
"Super curierul": un mizerabil,nesimțit,mincinos si cu chef de munca inexistent.

By far the worst courier service in Romania
They deliver at random hours, and dont listen when you tell them certain hours you will be available.
I haven't seen a more unprofessional carrier. My delivery failed because the address was wrong. They did not contact the sender. The customer service number did not work, althought I called more than 6 times and spent more than 40 minutes each time waiting, I could not get in contact with someone. I contacted them via e-mail on Thursday mentioning that I urgently need the parcel. They did not do anything about it. I do not recommend this company as they are absolutely impossible to reach in case of problems and not helpful at all. The lack of professionality is astounishing.
I ordered some goods that had to be brought from Bucuresti to Oradea. The package was sent to Oradea on Tuesday. I received an email every day since then, saying they will try to deliver the package on the current day. I was at home all day, for 3 days, but nobody came. On the second day, I received a text message, saying that the delivery failed. Today, I received a text message saying that I have to go to their deposit and pick the package up myself, in max five days - outside of the city of course.
I think this is unacceptable, given the fact that I was never contacted via phone to discuss the terms of the delivery. I am extremely disappointed and paid for nothing. I don't recommend this company. It is worse than 'bad'.
Don't use their services if you don't want trouble.
They don't deliver the packages, they lie telling you that the courier tried to contact you and going to the warehouse to pick up the packages by yourself you'll have the worst customer service experience ever.
Instead of apologies you will have to wait tens of minutes for the goods that you paid to be delivered to your home or office.
This is a company that should not exist!
Bad! The have some emoloyees that have no ideea about their job and about cient service. Very low quality in comparison with their competition, FanCourier, Dhl, DPD, Fastius, pana si Dragon Star are better and they have more client oriented approch. Urgent Cargus seems like a “gang from the block” with the only foxus on how the make you problems. Unfortunately, I have a monthly recurrent order that is sent through them, and every single time I have provlems with the delivery. No exception. They are good only at making up resons for which they haven’t delivered. No problem solving skils none so ever, nor good will. Fortunately, all my other shipping ia provided by real courier providers. Avoid them as much as possible!
