All customer service representatives who I have worked with since I started using Capillus products (2 years) have been knowledgeable about the products and responsive to all of my needs. One of the products malfunctioned 6 months after my purchase and they replaced it immediately. I have tremendous confidence in the quality of Capillus science, engineering service.
