We received the wrong fridge and then…
We received the wrong fridge and then it took another 4 days to send the right one and our old one was already taken away. The sales rep wasn’t responsive at all, the customer service said they can’t do anything to help that I must deal with the sales rep. I received 1 email from the sales rep just stating the new delivery date, not even an apology for entering the wrong model number on the order.

Your delivery men lied, we removed the old dishwasher 2 days before they arrived and put it at the side of the house to make it easier for them. This was the first of many lies I have been told.
Worst experience ever, will never buy from you again and will make sure all my friends and family members hear about my experience. I tried to rectified the problem but was told one lie after another, have never experienced anything like this, I am still in shock.

As per our records, your Samsung dishwasher was delivered on September 01st of 2023.
However, the delivery team could not complete the appliance removal for your old dishwasher as the unit was still installed.
Please note, in order for our delivery company to dispose of your old appliance, it must be disconnected completely before the team arrives

Terrible.. would NEVER recommend your company
Bought a dishwasher .. paid $3000 for it delivered Friday .. appliance man came Saturday ( less than 24hrs ) to hook up motor gone on the Jennair call CAS they tell me I need to call manufacturer… I plugged it in and now it’s USED !!!! Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard … worst company every !!!

Very Good experience but could be better
Very Good experience. Could be better though.
Good: The movers did good job by being attentive and careful while moving the refrigerator into the kitchen efficiently.
Could be better: I would be happier if they had checked the balance alignment, installed the handles, installed the water lines, and gave some initial instructions. These stuff would've taken 10 min more of their time, but definitely would achieve higher level of customer's satisfaction.
