I have purchased a sheepskin coat off Caine leather and have now bought a leather jacket the quality is 10/10 ,I will only buy my leather goods from this company from now on ,over the moon with there jackets.

I bought a leather biker jacket from Caine leather. The first jacket didn’t fit me and I needed a bigger size. The turnaround to receive the second jacket along with the free return of the first jacket was three days - quite simply exceptional customer service.
The jacket is made to an exceptionally high standard and the finish and overall style of the jacket cannot be faulted.

I’ve ordered twice from Caine. I ordered 2 jackets each time to try on. The colours i ordered didn’t quite suit me so I returned. The jackets were great quality and the return process was easy and refunded within 48hrs (both times, no questions).
Really impressed.
I have my eye on a suede jacket instead from Caine.
I’ll order again when my size is in.

MY FABULOUS COGNAC TRENCH COAT ARRIVED----BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY!!!!  YAHOO!  With layers of bulky t-shirts + sweaters, I slipped into your coat, like a love letter into an envelope!

How did you DO that?  You mailed it from 1/2 way around the world on Mon., Jan. 18th.  It arrived here 2 days later, on Wed., Jan 20th.

Lord!  Sometimes, it takes 10 whole days to get a letter from one side of my city to the other!!!  "Postal Service" is an Oxymoron!

I guess DHL ROCKS!!!!

The color, cut, + design are are impeccable.  The texture is like BUTTER.  FABULOUS!

Today I have received my new leather aviator jacket. It is beautiful, comfy and super warm.

Item status was saying that it's delivered but for some reason delivery driver gave me nothing on that day. I did contact customer service of caine leather and they told me that they launch investigation. More than 2 weeks after they saying me that they had an interview with a delivery driver and he saying that he did deliver item to me. what a joke. what a service. they spam me with the same reply all the time. I am asking for proof of delivery and they just attach picture from their website with some fake signature of my parcel. lol.

ALex has been sending me mails all day. They do not have my size so he wishes to annoy me.

Have reported them for GDPR abuse. No help and whoever this guy Alex is......what a complete idiot!

Overpriced sourced from Pakistan sweat shops

I thought Caine Leather was a brand of clothing, but I was disappointed to receive an “Infinity” brand leather jacket I saw on Amazon for ~£80 cheaper instead. It’s only free returns if you have a DPD collection shop where you live - I had to drive almost 50 miles to my nearest one! I eventually got my money back though.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I ordered the Plymtree Men's leather jacket in September for my partner's birthday in early October at a cost of £210 and by mid-November the jacket had to be returned for repair to stitching on one of the pockets. It was returned by them on 28/11/20 and by early January the stitching on another of the pockets had completely unravelled. I e-mailed them and sent photos on 13/01/21, but got the response from Alex that "We will not accept the jacket back again when the same thing has been done to a different pocket. The seam is not faulty, it has been deliberately opened up and forced back to cause the maximum apparent damage. So I'm afraid we will not accept this jacket back for a refund. We believe it has been deliberately damaged."

I will, of course, be taking the matter further as no-one would "deliberately damage" an item of clothing bought as a present and the jacket is clearly of extremely poor quality, especially as it has only been worn a handful of times in less than 4 months.
