Ordered a jacket which arrived promptly and was of excellent quality. However, I misjudged the size. Caine received the jacket back and sent a different one, processing both order and partial refund without fuss or delay.
Ian at Caine kept me updated at every stage of the process.
In this age; an online retailer you can trust is most welcome and I would have no reservations in ordering again or recommending to others.

The customer service at Caine is fantastic, I was really impressed.
I had to send a coat back due to size issues with hubby, I was alerted that the coat was on its way, that it had been received and when the replacement would be sent, which arrived ahead of time.
The coat itself is gorgeous, beautifully made.
I will definitely be buying from Caine again. Well worth the money.

Paid £185 for a leather coat only to be told we cannot deliver to N Ireland at the moment. There is no good reason for this and is simply discrimination against a UK citizen

I bought the SIBIU sheep leather jacket last week, awesome.
So impressed, I bought the Branscombe too. Hard to choose which one to wear.
Speedy delivery also.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My partner ordered one of their leather jackets and was sent a completely different one which had a label stitched into it from “infinity menswear”. When we rang to explain we had been sent the wrong jacket they stated that it was the correct one. The colour of the leather and wool, and the location of the stitching was completely different. What a rubbish company to charge extortionate prices and then send a completely different product and then refuse to admit it’s incorrect. Please go somewhere else for leather jackets - extremely upset.

I am obviously not alone in my thoughts about this company - please see similar issue 14th September to name but one. I rang Caine Leather this morning to enquire about their Christmas returns policy since their website simply stated that the jacket could be returned 'after the big day'. I spoke to a man who told me that this was up to the customer's discretion but realistically 6th January. I explained that the two public holidays in Scotland in each of the festive weeks meant that there might be a delay and he told me that I'd be better just to buy a jacket in a shop instead. As I still really liked their black leather biker one, I rang back to check if my return date was influenced by the date of purchase rather than by Christmas itself. An extremely rude woman said 'Have you any idea how many people are shopping for Christmas at the moment?' I would not have given any star rating at all had this been possible but on the plus side, they did answer the phone promptly. Their attitude was rude and confrontational and under no circumstance would I buy from this company.

I'm a big guy. 6'2" tall, 53" chest, so when I saw the fabulous Chawleigh coat, I ordered the 5XL, and it is a briliant fit. Big enough to wear over a chunky jumper or a jacket, but it still looks great over just a shirt or tee. The quality of this coat is fabulous, particularly for the price. Truthfully, if I'd paid double the amount, I'd have still been very satisfied. It looks even better in reality than in the photo. I will absolutely be buying from Caine again. Delivery was rapid - my coat arrived a day before it had been scheduled for, which was a very pleasant surprise. Trust the reviews.

I would reccomend Caine Leather to anyone. I ordered the wrong size and when I rang Caine they advised me of my proper size and sent a replacment in double quick time, not only polite but very good at what they do. I am completly satisfied with the product and service I received.

The whole process was extremely pleasant, the coat purchased at a very competitive price was delivered extremely quickly. The second coat of a different size was refunded extremely quickly. All in all I was very impressed with the product and more importantly the turnaround time.

Very poor quality leather and the zipper on the cuff broke almost immediately. I purchased a mans jacket and wished I hadn't. Waste of money.

Have ordered and paid for leather jacket, delighted with purchase, arrived in within 3 days. I was confident I could return product if not suitable at no cost to myself for refund or exchange.
Fits perfectly, well made, soft thick leather, meets my requirements precisely.

I have recently purchased the Groningen biker jacket. The delivery was lightning fast and jacket is excellent. The only thing to be aware of is sizing for this particular jacket.

I am 6 foot tall, 41 inch chest and 35 inch waist. The guide says large; I ended up finding the perfect fit in a small!

However, with free delivery and free returns switching sizes was no problem.

Do not trust this company. I purchased a shearling jacket from Caine Leather and received a complete different version of jacket I saw in their catalogue in addition to defected zipper. I contacted customer service and received a reply that they don’t have those type of jackets anymore and will issue 15 pounds upon receiving the purchased item. What company decide to send a jacket that doesn’t match the description of purchased item? They could excuse themselves and cancelled the order. I paid $76 for shipping from UK to US, received a wrong defected item and they don’t even consider to e-mail me a return label or pay for shipping. I’m not recommending to buy anything from Caine Leather, especially outside UK.

Womans leather duffle coat and it is absolutely perfect. Item exactly as described, such good quality, with exceptionally quick delivery. Really pleased I found this online shop.

I ordered a size 16 my usual size. The jacket arrived and was miles too small. I spoke with Caine Leather and they advised me to measure a jacket I already had and then refer to their sizing guide. This meant I needed to order a size 20! I returned the size 16 requesting a size 20 instead. I waited a few weeks but the size 20 hadn’t arrived so I rang Caine Leather. The man I spoke to said that the bigger sizes were an extra £15 and as they hadn’t received the £15 they hadn’t sent the size 20. I explained that I didn’t know that I needed to pay another £15 for the size 20 and that someone from Caine Leather should have phoned to advise of the extra cost, which I would then have paid. The man I spoke to was very abrupt and said he didn’t want to do business with me and would be refunding my £175! With that kind of attitude to customers I wonder how long this business will survive!
