Item never delivered and refused to give refund

I ordered some slip covers in November of 2023 and never received my items. I got an email confirmation of the order and when I tried to respond or track this order, I wasn't able to click on it at all. Still nothing and unable to get a refund. I wish there was a minus rating that's what I use for this scam.

Ordered a sofa cover in April 23 waited and waited, asked for money back. They apologised for their slow delivery finally in June it arrived TORN. They told me to send a picture and I did, they said they would send a replacement. One year later I am still waiting and when I again asked for my money back my email was returned saying they wouldn’t accept it. Dreadful firm.

I ordered $180 worth of sofa covers from this company in November of 2023 and never got them. When I tried to get in touch with them, I received no response. I disputed this charge with my credit card company and somehow, I am still responsible for the payment for product that I never received.

I ordered two sets I got pieces of one in pieces of another and I have a string of emails back-and-forth with this company saying that they would give me my money back the rest of the rest of my pieces or my money has been going on since October they finally stopped responding so I gather they were shut down

Never got my order never got a refund.

Ordered Couch cover 11/23. I have never received it. Today is 2/23/24 still haven’t received order! Money ($85.44) was taken out of bank 11/17/2023. Company CABREXA is no longer in business. 256 #1 reviews of 5, 5 being the best. I will be contacting my bank to work on getting $85.44 back on my account!

Scammers. Never got my order and email and website are gone.

Beware everyone this company took money for couch covers and never delivered the product. Now you can’t even get a hold of them to get reimbursed for your amount spent they’re a scam big time I wish I knew what to do to get my money back.

Ordered covers in October 2023 contacted Laura in December 2023 to advised updated delivery address and received advice address updated and now no responses to any emails to flow up and no covers. Not happy

Never received order. $200 out of pocket

Placed an order before Thanksgiving in November 2023. Used my Affirm Virtual Card, as payment, to protect my personal information. Cabrexa sent me an email thanking me & offering a discount on my next order... however I NEVER RECEIVED my order that I placed. I tried calling & phone numbers were vacant, Google listing showed permanently closed, contact us option was never responded to & chat sessions went unanswered! So now I'm out $200 & Affirm doesn't think I have proof enough for a refund.

I ordered on November 18, 2023 and have not received my chair covers. I tried to email them and the email was sent back. I tried to look the company up to try to see if I could get in touch with someone that way and it says company closed. Today is February 1st and I still have not received my product.

I tried replying last week on an old email I had received from Cabrexa, but email is down. Today, Feb. 01, 2024, I googled cabrexa, and it is showing Cabrexa is
PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I ordered 2 covers from this company In November 2023 and still have not received them as of January 31,2024. I have tried to e mail Cabrexa several times using the address they have supplied and the postmaster bounces the e mails back saying that they are unable to deliver at this address. I am frustrated. I would like the product or my money back!

scam. ordered but never received chair cover.

I ordered for sea covers on October 10, 2023 and today is January 28, 2024 and I have not received them. I have emailed them approximately six times with the same standard response that they will look into it and get right back to me. I just realized that their website is down and their customer service phone number is not working. Please do not order from this company. I’m going to start working with my credit card company to see if I could get a refund.

I've ordered twice from this company and have been satisfied with merchandise, but delivery time has been long. Most recent order in Nov. has not been delivered and now website no longer exists and cannot contact via email.
