It’s been over a year and nothing. I’m thinking I’m screwed by this ridiculous company. Not sure what I can do at this point. $900 down the drain

I placed an order for a dresser on 09/19/2022. The total for my bill was $543.35. This money was taken out of my bank account on 09/20/2022. I was told it would be shipped around November 2022. By the end of November I had not heard from them and I requested shipping updates. They said the ship date was now pushed to January 2023. When I had not heard anything mid January 2023 I contacted them and inquired about shipping estimation once more. They responded stating that the manufacturer extended the ship date to March. Again - when I had not heard anything in March I contacted them and they stated it was pushed back again to June. It was at this time I looked into the manufacturer website and inquired to them (Ashley Furniture) how long this particular item would take to ship if I bought it straight from them. They stated it would take 2-3 weeks. On 03/29/2023, six months after placing my order from ACF Wholesale, I requested the order be cancelled. They responded and said I should see the order cancellation in my account in 7-14 business days. And then my refund would come into my account 2-5 business days after cancellation. When I logged in it showed the order as cancelled on the ACF website. However, it is now nearly two months later and I have still not received the $543.35 back into my bank account. I inquired when this would occur and ACF never responded. The next time I went to contact them their website was “down for maintenance” and has never come back up.

This company is an absolute joke! i ordered two recliners, after waiting 9 months and they continually just changed the estimated arrival date, i cancelled the order. They refused to give me a refund--store credit only. WTH do i do with store credit when every time you order something, it takes MONTHS of waiting for it to arrive and they just continually change the date its in stock. Now the site is no longer active. There is no way to get my money back.

Seems to be the running theme here, placed order for chest of drawers on 1/23/23 and kept getting email response saying it was on back order. Went in to cancel and realized I had been scammed seeing that site is down for maintenance. Luckily my credit card company is going to handle my refund. I hate thieves and scammers more than anything!!!!

Sounds like the same old problem I'm having. Ordered item obver a year and a half ago. Always same excuse, "Item on backprder." Tried to cancell and statement says. Need to wait cancellation from company. Been almost 3 months and no word. Now site seems to be shutdown for maintenance. Rip off

Same story. Item on back order repeatedly then when I cancelled they said I would get my refund. It’s been over 3 months and still no refund. I think positive reviews of this company are paid for. They also have malware embedded in their emails. These people belong in jail. Over 1500 complaints with the BBB. Absolute crooks!

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ACF WHOLESALE. AS I READ THE REVIEWS I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. ORDER ALWAYS BACKORDER(SINCE I PLACED ORDER IN 2022) AND ONCE I CANCELLED MY ORDER THEY ARE UNABLE TO REFUND CC ($845.43). ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS BEEN CONTACTED, FILED COMPLAINT WITH MS BBB AND CONTACTED MY CREDIT UNION. NONE OF THESE REVIEWS WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER OR I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED MY ORDER. I PRAY THAT WE ALL GET OUR MONEY BACK SOMEHOW AND JUSTICE FOR THIS COMPANY IS SWIFT AND HARSH!!!

Ordered a furniture set Dec 2022. Every month ACF states backorderd another month minimum with no other info. As of April 2023, still no merchandise and no responses when requesting refund. No way to contact this company via phone. Stay away. They are scammers. I will be disputing with Amex at this point and filing complaint with FTC.

Fraud! Scammers! Stole $2k from us! We ordered an Ashley bedroom furniture set from ACF Wholesale in February of 2022 and never received our furniture. We emailed them 15 times over one full year and our order kept getting pushed back for weeks at a time (no way to call or speak to live representative). They blamed Ashley, the manufacturer. We finally cancelled the order after 12 months and weeks later having to email them again, they said they could not process our refund on our original payment. Nothing has changed on our credit card and we use it daily. They said they would then mail our check, but it hasn't came either. I have sent 5 emails asking for an update and have not received a response from them period. I filled a claim with BBB and my bank, but there is nothing that can be done to get our $1,978 back!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! May 20, 2022 ordered Ashly dining set $896.50 card was charged the same day. Was told it was on backorder everytime I emailed. Found the set locally so I canceled the order in Oct 2022. They said the refund wouldn't process but they would mail a check....I've since emailed 17 times with the same boilerplate response they will let me know as soon as refund dept mails the check. I'm pissed beyond words. DONT BUY FROM ACF WHOLESALE

Experiencing the same as everyone else, I placed my couch order in August 2022 (didn't see any reviews with complaints such as the ones we're all experiencing at the time). I have contacted the fraud department of my credit card company as well as the AUTHORITIES and advise everyone else do the same.

I have been waiting for my refund for 7 months and now they are not returning my emails. No phone number on the website either. So frustrating! I would rate this company a ZERO if it would let me!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order for over $1,155 on 6/12/22. It was for a 5 piece Ashley Furniture bedroom set. It was listed as in stock when I purchased it. After I submitted my order I then found out it would be delayed due to inventory levels. On 6/13 I was told it would be at least twelve weeks for it to be shipped. I emailed 7/21 to check in, and was told that it would be delayed until at least September. I emailed 9/22 for an update, I was told it wouldn't be until at least November. I emailed back on the same day asking "Are you able to confirm that we will receive the items? Also, what are my options to cancel this order?". I received this message that I could cancel and there would be no fee.I checked in again on 10/26. And was now told that it would be at least January until I would receive it. Check in 12/18, told not until February. Emailed 1/31, I was told it wouldn't be until April. 2/16 I emailed for a refund with no response. February 13th I emailed saying I called twice and the lines were closed, even though the hours were listed as open. I also sent in a website message. After this their number was no longer available online. They responded that day that they were processing the request. It would take 7-14 business days, and an additional 2-5 to settle with the bank. Mar 19th after 18 business days later and again 3/16 and 3/20, all with no response. On 3/20 I also reached out to Ashley F. and my bank. Some nice woman from AF reached out and spoke with ALLYSON at ACF, Allyson told her the check would be in the mail in 3 days. Same day ACF finally responded after weeks. Asking if I wanted a check mailed or sent to Paypal. I responded the same day requesting a check. AF even got my info so they can look into it. Today 4/4 I messaged AF, ACF and my bank again. AF is reaching out to Allyson again at ACF for an update. I am disgusted and irate with ACF and this order. They are nothing short of crooks and a nightmare to work with. BEWARE!

I ordered a chair from ACF Wholesale on January 16, 2023, then cancelled the order upon learning of their past history. I still have not received my refund as of April 3, 2023. I have reported them to My credit card company's fraud division.

This company is a whole lie! The man who answers the phone Joe or John continued to push out our date. Original purchase was 3/25/21. Yes, I waited because I figured I went through two pregnancies without this furniture I might as well just wait a few more months and it ended up being over wo years. I spent over $5,500. They charge shipping delivery and protection plan. This is a big loss for us. We have three small children. It is unbelievable people can be this horrible. They are HUGE SCAMMERS. If you purchased from them open a dispute with your bank ASAP.

DO NOT do business with ACF Wholesale. I had two transactions with them. One order I cancelled (still waiting for refund). The same day I reordered the same product with $50 coupon and still have not received item. It's been over two months since I placed orders. I get automated email responses telling me that they are working on the refund and the order. When I call, I get a message telling me that their "customer service lines are down at this time". I have tried many times to contact them!

SCAM - DO NOT order from ACF Wholesale. I ordered a dresser in May 2022 and was told that it was back ordered until September. When it never came I asked for them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They responded and said it would take 7-14 business days but I never got it. Phone lines will not work either. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I ordered a complete bedroom suite in Jan 2022. They say they are an agent for Ashley Furniture. In May of 2022 they sent two nightstands, one was badly damaged. I found these at my front door later in the evening. I paid extra for white glove delivery and set up service! I immediately informed them of the damage. They made me take multiple photos and I jumped through all their hoops. They said they would send a replacement. As of 3/26/23, I have not received it. Needless to say the rest of the bedroom suite was never received. In July 2022, I had enough and cancelled the rest of the order. I did get a refund for the rest of the order after pulling some teeth but not for the damaged nightstand. I ordered the same bedroom suite directly from Ashley in July 2022 and had it within a week!
I contacted the MS Attorney General Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection to report them. I urge everyone affected by acfwholesale to do the same. An agent is working on my issue for the non receipt of the nightstand or refund for it.
