Beautiful abaya and great service

My order arrived earlier than the expected delivery date. The abaya itself was beautiful, and appears to be of good quality too !

Size was a little shorter than I was expecting but that may just be my experience.

Dreadful customer service

My daughter ordered an abaya in preparation for celebrating her first Eid as a revert Muslim, and she was absolutely delighted when her pearl shimmer abaya arrived.

Unfortunately, she became unwell during the last ten nights of Ramadan and was unable to wear it for Eid. She contacted the company via email to request a refund, but received no response. Despite this, the payment was still taken from her Klarna account leaving her short.

She then tried reaching out through Instagram, only to be repeatedly redirected back to email, where she is still not getting any reply. To date, this issue remains unresolved, and she has not even been provided with a return address.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and extremely frustrating customer service. I would not recommend this company.

We were especially touched to hear that she chose one of our pieces for such a meaningful occasion, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been not to be able to wear it for Eid.

We would like to clarify that your daughter did reach out to us, and our team responded as soon as we were able. As outlined in our policy, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and unfortunately her request fell outside of this timeframe, which meant we were unable to process a return on this occasion.

We always aim to support our customers where possible, and we do understand that this situation was due to unexpected circumstances. We are sorry that this could not be resolved in the way you had hoped.

Regarding communication, during Ramadan, particularly towards the last ten days, we experienced a significantly higher volume of enquiries than usual, which did impact response times. However, we want to reassure you that we do not ignore any messages, and we always work through every enquiry as quickly as possible.

I recently purchased the olive meadow…

I recently purchased the olive meadow abaya and the quality of the abaya is amazing! I love how it has pockets and the detailing is beautiful. The matching scarf is also a lovely colour and the material is lovely 🥰 I also bought the white slip dress and I’m really impressed by the quality of the slip dress. Poor customer care

I purchased an abaya which took (10) 7 working days to arrive after stating 1-2 on the shipping policy. It didn’t fit right so I requested an exchange after reading the policy on SHOP I was then told they don’t do exchanges and the information is incorrect which was very misleading. I wanted to mention that if you ask for a return they make you pay return shipping after already paying shipping fee initially which is quite unfair and sometimes they only offer store credit. I emailed stating I’m not happy to pay return fee. They’re not very understanding which is a shame as the abaya is pretty. The abaya is out is stock meaning I have to pay another 3.50 del and get nothing out of it so it’s a loose situation.

Regarding delivery timing, our website clearly outlines a processing time of 1–3 working days, followed by standard shipping of 3–4 working days. These are separate stages, which together can total up to 7 working days depending on when the order was placed. We fulfilled and dispatched your order within our stated 1–3 working day processing timeframe. Once an item has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the courier and are unfortunately outside of our control, and in some cases may take slightly longer than anticipated.

In terms of exchanges and returns, our policy explains that we offer refunds or exchanges where an item is faulty or where an error has occurred on our part. For circumstances such as sizing preference, return shipping costs fall under the responsibility of the customer. This is clearly outlined in our returns policy prior to purchase.

Faulty brand

I bought a dress from them, saw that there were two charges on my account even though I ONLY ORDERED ONCE. I emailed them politely asking for a refund on the duplicate and they denied it. I had to literally pull up tracking receipts and found that they somehow made another order from my account, and only then they refunded me. Better off buying an abaya from shein.

horrible

I orderd something, first of all i needed to wait 1 whole month. Second there are no measurments so i just tried to order something. I am 170 and 60kg, it was way to short for me. I cant even return the item and i spended about 124 euros for one stupid dress. The dress looks very cheap made and is not even close to the picture.

I received a faulty item

I received a faulty item.

I ordered the linen dress and received a faulty item. I have contacted them and not received a response but my friend who emailed after me has already received a response to their email.

The pockets of the dress are sewn over. I have compared my item to my friends dress who ordered the same size and it seems as though they have taken a size large and sewn it to make it smaller as the sizing is completely off.

There are holes in the stitching so I can’t really wear it or you’d be able to see my skin and the dress is see through despite being marketed as hijab friendly.

This company is such a scam. i ordered a package in november. now its february and still no signs of the package. i have messaged back and forth with them, and theyre refusing to give me a refund. In the beginning, i gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now i see that they are not trustworthy. i lost 100 dollars for nothing. Do not buy from these people.

bought a wedding dress from them the dress came full of flaws, dirty marks, bad sewing on the chest area there was plastic bits pocking out, in some parts where they didn't have enough fabric they attached more and had non seamless lines that looks bad, the cape was made really badly as well that don't sit right and you wouldn't be able to wear it properly, the dress would of had so much potential I can just see how beautiful it would of looked if not all these flaws, not worth the 550 I be so honest, been in months of long discussion for refund and no progress, getting accused of wearing the dress when the dress is not fit to wear on your special day nor fit to be seen in due to bits pocking out and full of dirty marks and they claim to be modest when plastic bits are pocking out on the chest area i dont think so, they put more effort into checking the dress when returned for a refund then they did when it came to send it, if you buying this dress just hope they improved the quality of the dress because you don't want to be struggling with it like I have been, especially looking for alternatives last minute because of the disappointment of quality of the dress, they deleting the rewies so you dont even know how many girls have been scamed or put in the same possition as me let alone the dress comes in some rubish bag for 550 dress you expect better the dress was just in a really bad state, be careful girls, especially when shoping online becasue of these kind of situations
