Good looking watch, but watch face...
Good looking watch, but the watch face has sharp edges. The metal watch band also has cheap, sharp edges and a poor finish. The watch is easy to navigate, which is impressive. However, the packaging was not as shown in the ad. I hope this helps—it's an honest review.
Avoid buying from this company
I ordered a jumpsuit from this company, too small. I have asked for a returns labels but I am being duped into accepting a 20% discount of anything else I wish to order from them, on the provision I keep the jumpsuit. What use is the item when it doesn't fit? Please avoid ordering from this company, as I fear I haven't a chance of having my item returned nor my refund reimbursed Avoid at all costs!!

NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The dress I ordered was good quality but too small. There was no paperwork in the parcel, just the label outside. Spent ages trying to find an address for returns...Emailed Customer Service via their website...No response... No telephone number to call. Have just read the reviews about this company and fear that like 94% of their customers I will not be able to get a refund. My advice would be DO'NT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! If there are any problems with the goods you have no redress.

Foolishly I ordered two items of clothing from their TikTok promotional videos, the items arrived 10 days later and when they came they were too big for me. The material wasn’t the best quality either, lots of loose threads and felt cheap.
I hunted everywhere for return details but they don’t supply details like that, I reached out by email and I did receive an automated response saying someone would be in contact………I’m still waiting!!! Don’t buy anything from this sham company!!!

I ordered 2 jackets 1 pink 1black I recieved 2 black jackets one of which was so large, I dont know anyone it would fit 1 jacket did fit perfectly (and is really nice) but after 3 months of emailing and getting nowhere I still do not have an answer to when I will receive pink jacket or my money back or a returns label to send 1 jacket back its a real shame their customer service is so bad because the jacket was actually really nice although it took a long time to arrive AVOID this company unles you want to lose money

I ordered two dresses which took ages to come, when they did arrive one dress was very big and the other was not the dress I had ordered. I contacted customer services and asked to return the items. They took ages to reply and when they did they apologised for me not receiving my item. I emailed back and explained I wanted to return my items. Again I was ignored for weeks and then they said they would pass onto the correct department. I have heard nothing again!!!! They are just ignoring me. I am obviously not going to get back the £50 I spent.

I ordered 6 dresses, all the same but 3 different colours and 2 different sizes. Contacted them for return label for the ones that don't fit. Got an email saying they had received my query and asked could I explain more for why I want to return them. I replied again saying I ordered 2 different sizes and I need to return the ones that are too big. Got another reply saying did I want another size sent out. Replied again and just keep getting the same email please reply above this line. Don't order from them or you'll be out of pocket. One star is too good to give them

Sent for a pair of multi focus glasses. They arrived but are just reading glasses. Not £15 worth. Have sent 7 emails, just keep recieving standard emails that they will look into it. Now been nearly three weeks and still no definite correspondence.

Do not buy from this company. Especially the so-called scratch remover. It does not work at all and I’m pretty sure it’s just water inside the bottle. Their advertising for this product is completely different to what your actually sent. These people are not trustworthy and not worth spending any money with. Tried to get a refund but they are ignoring all attempts to contact by email. Avoid this seller !

This was the best customer service I ever recieved.

Avoid, extremely poor experience
The quality of their products is very poor and what you receive often does not reflect what the advertising has promised. The customer service is very poor and you find yourself in an email vortex and don't expect a reply quicker than 1 week. Returns are discouraged as they state the item has to be returned internationally (but they don't state where) at your cost. So they will blanket offer you a £9 refund, no matter the circumstances.
