Products are great the packaging not so great.
Products are great, Bahvio gardening tools. And were sent out efficiently. I'm taking off one star as the packaging wasn't too good . The grass shears.had there blades hanging out of the bottom of the box and their handles had made two holes through the top of the box. They should of at least had bubble wrap and card around the blades.

Good Morning, Thank you so much for the review. We certainly should be wrapping up the blades before shipping them out. I will speak to the people in the warehouse to ensure they're doing this and pass your comments on to them too. Thanks again for letting me know about this.
Kind regards, Scott

The price of the tool was competitive and included free P&P which was delivered the next day. Much better than another company that showed a confusing note suggesting free delivery which it would not have been. I would you this firm again. Well done.

Absolutely excellent
Absolutely excellent. Aluminium tile trims delivered at exactly the date and time promised, and packaged extremely well - which is important for tile trims. I would have no hesitation in recommending BuyBrandTools to others based on my first experience.

I bought two DMT bench sharpening stones from BBT.
Ordering is straightforward, delivery prompt. Their delivery outfit didn't just leave it at the door but handed the articles to my wife.
Deservedly 5 stars.

Difficult to say as of 2045 Saturday. Item not yet delivered and no advice as to when.
Shame, as I had hoped to take advantage of the weather. I expect your tool to be perfectly fine when I get to use it.

Morning Patrick, Thanks for providing us with feedback. I'm sorry your order hasn't been delivered as of yet. Despatched on Tuesday so should've been with you by the weekend. I've tracked it with Royal Mail and it was last scanned in Manchester on Saturday. Whether this was sent there in error or that's one of their sorting hubs but not been scanned since. If this doesn't get moved on come tomorrow, will take this up with Royal Mail and sort you out with a replacement on a couriered service. Any other issues/questions, please let us know. Thanks, Scott

Needed a new desk-light for my reorganised 'study'. Received my well-packaged unit very quickly, so very happy. The touch control on the Daylight Luminos LED Lamp is really useful, as is the long-reach of the articulated arm. For me, it's a highly recommended buy.
