Formed as a separate entity in 2007, the company has routes in the town of Lowestoft going back to 1978. Godfreys IT Ltd trading as Buyaparcel has its eCommerce website, where customers can order and pay by credit and debit card, AmazonPay or PayPal. In addition we have a local trade counter in Lowestoft that is open to retail customers. Operating from Lowestoft with 40,000 square foot of stock space, Godfreys IT is a multimillion pound organisation that employs 37 people. Where possible Buyaparcel sources product direct from the manufacturer or an approved wholesaler. Most product is available for next day delivery to UK customers.

I have tried several times to contact your helpline. Basically there is no help. Straight to voice mail saying all are busy then disconnected. Very poor. I will not be ordering anything through B&Q again. Still no idea of when my item will be delivered. You need to 'Buck-Up".

Your order was packed and shipped with DHL eCommerce Uk and we have checked the tracking on DHL eCommerce UK and can see it was scanned onto a local DHL delivery van today (9th July) at 9:02am and shows as being out for delivery today, to be delivered to the address on your order before the end of the day.

Premier League Item put on a non League Carrier!
Bought a Dewalt Chainsaw and Multi Flex Batteries and Charger. I have used all the kit and would rate around 4 out of 5. Price was around the best for the total package. Item was picked packed and despatched 2pm next working day. All seemed good at this point! Then DHL got involved and made a complete hash. After initial messages which were really quite useless, all tracking said for 4 days that the parcel was delayed? Even Evri delivered 2 days before DHL on an item connected and ordered at the same time. Then all of a sudden got a late night message that they found my parcel again and were looking to deliver the next day. The moral of the review "Don't put a Premier League item on a non league carrier"
