I paid in full for the product and customs, but received a damaged and incomplete item.
The seller refuses to issue a refund and keeps shifting responsibility to FedEx instead of resolving the issue.
This is unacceptable — as a customer, my contract is with the seller, not their shipping company.
When I asked the employee, Leonardo, to connect me with a competent manager to resolve the situation, I was refused.
It will soon be a month.
Very poor service and zero accountability. I would not recommend.
