Formed as a separate entity in 2007, the company has routes in the town of Lowestoft going back to 1978. Godfreys IT Ltd trading as Buyaparcel has its eCommerce website, where customers can order and pay by credit and debit card, AmazonPay or PayPal. In addition we have a local trade counter in Lowestoft that is open to retail customers. Operating from Lowestoft with 40,000 square foot of stock space, Godfreys IT is a multimillion pound organisation that employs 37 people. Where possible Buyaparcel sources product direct from the manufacturer or an approved wholesaler. Most product is available for next day delivery to UK customers.

Highly recommend this company.
This is the fourth time I have bought from Buyaparcel and once again, it has been a fantastic experience.
Listings are really clear, delivery costs and other details are clear at the point of checkout.

Hard to return stuff
Buying stuff from them is easy, but if you need to return something, you will spend hours trying to contact them. They don’t reply to emails, although you will get a holding reply with a promise to get back to you shortly, but of course this doesn’t happen. Their phone lines always seem to be busy and their multiple emailed holding replies ask for the same information you gave originally. If only they would employ the right number of trained customer facing staff, they would not get poor ratings.
I am pleased to say that, after a lot of wasted time and frustration on my part, and theirs, BuyaParcel have now arranged a full credit for my small value purchase.

Would use again no problem
Item arrived before time in good condition, no requirement to chase it around and done exactly what is required of it. While having used similar sites before to my regret I was pleased of the quality of service from placing the order to getting and using it.
