Burger & Lobster Omdömen 

My boyfriend and I had a truly wonderful experience at the Burger & Lobster restaurant in the Bryant Park area, NYC. From the moment I arrived, Pascal, the maître d’, set the tone with his warmth, professionalism, and gracious hospitality.

The standout of the evening, though, was Shalien. For someone in a busser role, he delivered service with the attentiveness, courtesy, and professionalism of a seasoned server. He anticipated needs effortlessly and carried himself with a calm, respectful demeanor that genuinely impressed me. He is a true asset to this restaurant.

Overall, it was a wonderful evening — a restaurant I highly recommend.

Had a very informal improv dinner between activities for my wife's birthday. We got a desert to share. They bought the desert out with a candle and didn't charge us. A really lovely touch that was most appreciated!

Servicen levede heller ikke op til prisen – vores drikkevarer kom først et godt stykke tid efter maden, og vi blev presset til at tage håndklude, selvom vi sagde nej.

Alt i alt føltes det som en oplevelse, hvor der blev lagt ekstra på regningen uden at levere tilsvarende service.

Tjek altid jeres kvittering – og husk at man kan bede om at få service charge fjernet.

This place is a far cry from what it was set up to deliver when it first opened.
I remember freshly steamed lobster made on the premises and succulent brioche. These were simply the best Lobster rolls you could get anywhere.
Now the brioche tastes like it was made by Kingsmill and the lobster is more sauce than meat and what meat you get is sloppy and wobbly. Not at all like the texture of fresh lobster.
I really hope the owners realise they have gone too far value optimising this place before it goes out of business. We consumers are not mugs!
With all that said the Manager was excellent in her response to my comments. She handled them in an exemplary way and did everything she could to make it a good experience for us. For her I would easily give 5 stars!

We visited Burger & Lobster on Dean Street and had a great experience. The restaurant was welcoming, the staff were attentive, and the service felt smooth throughout. The food was excellent — fresh, well‑cooked, and good value for the area. Overall, a really enjoyable meal and somewhere we’d happily return to.

First the waiter struggled to understand us and express himself.

Then the food is over priced. I have been to Angry Crab Shack where you can have food with double amount for half price and better taste.

I did not pay the bill. I say do not go there unless you like to be scammed.

First and last time coming here. No kids menu was shown to us! Lobster was bland! Prawns had a bitter taste. Ordered 2 Classic burgers, they sent the burgers with no sauce whatsoever in the burgers. When we asked the waitress if the burgers came with sauce in them she said yes, then went and got us sauce to put in our burgers ourselves! Burger had no flavour, was better off going to Burger King or McDonald's for a burger as it would have tasted a whole lot better. £250 wasted! Cost of living is very in the UK at the moment so when people spend their hard earned money at places like this the food needs to be on point at all times!

This establishment used to be such a lovely place to eat now it’s just a cheap rushed uncooked stuff. You complain something not to standard the ban you.

During a recent visit to Burger & Lobster, West India Quay London, we witnessed a mouse running inside the restaurant. This raises significant food hygiene and safety concerns.
It’s extremely disappointing to encounter such an issue in a restaurant that should uphold strict cleanliness standards. What’s even more concerning is that the restaurant appears to remain open despite this incident.
I urge the management and local health authorities to investigate immediately and ensure appropriate pest control measures are implemented. Until these concerns are properly addressed, I would not recommend visiting this location

I went to B&L in Kensington High Street. I had a mocktail that I couldn't drink, it was pure sugar. I complained about it as I couldn't taste the lime, orange and kiwi. They took my glass away. (I thought it wouldn't appear on the bill...) basically everything you order you pay for even if you can't drink or eat it. The burger's beef was awful with lots of hard bits in it. At that point I was still nauseous after a few sips of that drink and now part of the burger stayed in the plate. The waiters were very nice and polite but constantly asking me if the food was ok... every 5minutes a different person was coming. It was a bit too much. When they asked me if I wanted dessert I said I'd rather go. So I paid £33 for french fries and half a burger...There are amazing pubs in London that have better food. The food is overpriced and the quality is bad. Stay away from that place!

Hi , The food was delicious but the portions were tiny! My 12 yr old don ordered the butcher steak which was pretty small and the lobster in my lobster salad was a whisper of a portion. My peach colada was delicious. Overall, not value for money. london also adds on 14% tip which makes the bill even higher!

The burger was inedible. So I just mainly had chips for £20. Is that fair?!!!!

Ive been waiting for 1.30 hours and ive watched 3 familys come in after me and get there food before us. its my dads birthdays and hes now lost his appetite and refusing to eat. thanks for ruining my dads birthday kensington burger and lobster

We visited Burger and Lobster in Canary Wharf. We had our drinks order taken and then shortly after our food order taken.
After the food order was taken and put in, the waiter came back to ask if there was any allergies.We replied yes, the waiter then asked how severe the allergy is. He then left to go and speak to the kitchen and the manager. Upon return we were told that the member of our party with the allergy was unable to be served, and that they could order a ‘deliveroo’ to the restaurant to continue the family meal.

This is very disappointing that the restaurant was not able to cater for the whole party.

DO NOT EAT THE LOBSTERS!!!
They made me and my family very sick for days! Avoid them at all costs.
The burgers were quite nice so order them instead if you visit.

I went with my partner to Burger and Lobster in Brighton today and we had the most amazing service from Lucia our waitress. She really took care of us despite our food taking a while as they were super busy. Great food and a good atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Where do I even start? DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE FOR CELEBRATIONS!

I've book B&L for a special occasion, called them in advance to ensure they can accommodate a group of us and explained everything. I was assured that everything was noted on the booking only to find out it wasn't on arrival. We've been served by 4 different members of staff throughout the evening and I had to explain to each and every one of them the occasion, each time being assured that this was noted on their "system".

On arrival, they ask you to sign up through their app for croquette deal which took very long to do. The "manager" goes around to scan the code for you to redeem the offer. This hasn't worked due to their system, however the manager was very rude, said, "Well, I've tried" and walked off.

The waitresses were too busy hanging around and gossiping instead of attending to customers. It took almost 30 minutes to order our mains and another almost 30 minutes to order a desert.

Before the visit you get an email which confirms that they'll require the table back after 1.5hr, but we've been there over 2 hours, most of the time trying to get someone's attention. Food was great, but it sat there for good 5-10 minutes before it was brought to the table which resulted in us having to have cold food. Been to many B&L places before but the quality of service in Brighton chain is diabolical. One of the managers was too busy attending to drunken and obnoxious table next to us instead of overlooking the service.

On our last morning in Brighton we decided to dine in Burger and lobster. A party of 5, we all chose different items and were delighted with everything about this restaurant. Our waitress Megan was courteous, friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The decor is beautiful, the food and drinks delicious and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return 5*

Welcomed in at Canary Wharf on a cold and Saturday rainy night, shown to our table, drinks ordered, food on its way .... friendly waitress, we all had the combo of burger and Lobster Roll, Salad, Spicy sauce, Fries, expected it to be mediocre and not great, its a chain restaurent after all, but how wrong we were, lobster ( steamed not grilled ) was chunky, soft, plentiful and super tasty, burger was two patties, cheese, skin on fries, fresh leaf salad, all cooked to perfection, a great evening with a lot of great food, glass of wine, beer, water etc with a bill for four under £200, would go again for sure.
