My son is a disabled driver who unfortunately at 18 suffered a major stroke. Mo his instructor has been incredible, patient understanding and very supportive. Would highly recommended

I had a refresher course with Daren Gee. I was quite nervous having not driven for 3years. Daren put me to ease right from the start. He is an excellent teacher. Highly recommend.

Just passed my test first try with Scott Reynolds in Hornchurch. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and patient from day 1 all the way through, including my test. He tailored my lessons to what I needed and taught me how to drive in the real world, more than just to pass a test, and gave me real confidence for driving. Plus a genuinely kind person to be with! Couldn't recommend him enough!

john bolton is the goat, passed first time under him. if you have a sidcup test he's your go to.

Sheriff - Is the best driving instructor you could possibly have, from the start he’s been incredibly patient, calm, professional, and intelligent. His lessons were planned to perfection and certainly would recommend to someone who’s looking to learn how to drive! Within 6 hours of practice, with his teaching I passed my driving examination with him by my side.

Ferhat is the best instructor out there. 10/10 loved every moment and got taught so quickly and easily. Great communication and swift responses. Highly recommend!!!

Had Andy (Andrew Nutt) over in Chichester. I can’t even describe how kind, patient, and informative he was throughout the whole time we taught me. I’m a pretty nervous driver but any mistakes I made he handled so respectfully and with great care. Could not recommend enough!!

Juliana was an excellent instructor. I came to her after twice failing my test. Juliana helped me greatly improve my driving skills and my confidence and I passed my test on my third attempt.

Juliana was very helpful and accommodating. She travelled to West Wickham (my test location) for each lesson so I could get used to the area.

Juliana is patient, clear, and kind and I would recommend her to any learner.

After my 17 year old used his birthdaymoney to book driving lessons with BSM. The instructor cancelled first lesson 2days before, rearranged then instructor cancelled 2hrs before. After speaking to an advisor over taking hrs off the account because they say he had used the lesson. Finally got them back after 7days wanted to change instructor thats when the big problems start not allowed, we will sort it out stay with him all the excusses were made. Then was told we would never be able to have our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM KEEP YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THEM OR THE AA. ANY ISSUES YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM THUS WOULD BE MY ADVISE

I had Martin Shute as my instructor and had a wonderful experience. His methods of teaching are clear and easy to understand and he always made the lessons an enjoyable and positive experience. I passed first time with Martin and I really appreciated the effort that he put into every lesson, you really feel like he understands you as a driver. I would recommend to anyone wanting to start or continue their driving journey!

Naomi Oben is a great instructor she makes sure you put in the work to get a pass i had previous instructors that i failed with, Naomi helped me rebuild my confidence and supported me through my nerves on the day of my test and now i’ve passed with 3 MINORS it mean so much to me i can’t thank her enough.

Damir's calmness and professionalism shone through on all my driving lessons right from the get-go. He coached me to pass my test but also to become a good driver on the road. He helped me to learn and understand my mistakes which I then learned to correct. It is also worth noting that when I began my driving lessons I was very nervous and he helped me to build my confidence throughout my lessons. I don't think I could have asked for a better instructor to teach me how to drive. Thanks Damir!

She is an excellent teacher, and a kind and good person.

I never felt afraid to clarify any questions I had about driving, and her explanations were always clear and thorough and patient.

She is supportive, and helped me become confident in my driving, and become confident in myself!

If you are in South East London area and will begin taking lessons from her, you are in excellent hands, I could not recommend her more!

My instructor was Shafiq Hafeez. He was fantastic and I definitely saw a huge improvement in my driving when I started lessons with him. I am originally from London, but did lessons with Shafiq in Birmingham where my test was and within 3 weeks, I was able to successfully pass my test.

Shafiq is really patience and great at explaining things in a way that I could understand. He doesn’t just tell you how to drive, but would explain everything clearly to make me understand why we do things. His calm and polite energy was exactly what I needed from an instructor. No question was too silly and I really felt comfortable learning in a safe environment. Very good communication when it came to arranging lessons or moving them.

I would highly recommend Shafiq Hafeez as a driving instructor. Thanks for everything!

Mo is very patient, encouraging and will always explain each steps thoroughly and ensure safe driving on the road. He will ask what you’d like to practice on each lessons and spend time on areas you’re weaker at. Very thankful for Mo’s patience and guidance leading me to pass on my first attempt! 🥹

Thank you to Damir for helping me pass my test first time with 0 faults. I was a nervous driver and very self critical but being with Damir he helped me relax and learn. He is very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anybody that is looking to learn to drive.

Most importantly he is very honest and will not mislead you when it comes to being ready for your test and will make sure you are fully ready to give you the best chance of passing first time.

I really enjoyed the driving lessons and I wanna say thank you for boosting my confidence and giving me the right instructions to improve myself. Travis Joseph was my driving instructor from BSM and I want to say special thanks to him for his approach in each lesson and choosing the best routes that can test all my skills. Within a short period of time I really saw a big progress in less than 3 weeks, and I am thankful for this company by providing a nice teacher Travis for me.
