I would like to thank Mark S for helping me pass my driving test on my first attempt. Each lesson is something that I was excited for, being able to progress out of my local area relatively quickly, and getting used to the area of my test in quick time. I had the GOAT of driving instructors Mark Simpson, and his car “tiny”. He was so patient and understanding, and always remembered mistakes that needed to be corrected the next lesson. Mark was a great teacher but also was so easy to get on with, and especially loved the tunes. He’s the best teacher who helped me through 4 tests, and gave me the confidence to keep trying. I had some bad luck with my previous instructor and reached out to Kinetic for help. They connected me with Rob Springhall, and honestly, it was the best decision I made. He’s a genuinely good guy — calm, patient, and never stresses you out, but still makes sure the job gets done properly. Every lesson I learnt more and more, and he was incredibly easy to work with. Rob was dedicated, always reflected back after each session, and you could clearly see he really cares about all his students. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my driving test first time. I would recommend him 100%. If you’re looking for someone supportive, professional, and truly invested in your progress, Rob is the one.

I couldn’t recommend my instructor enough! Mark Simpson has been amazing from the start, really supportive, patient and helpful with everything. He always explains things clearly and makes sure that I understand everything before moving on. He’s also very encouraging and makes you feel comfortable, even when mistakes happen. I’ve gained so much confidence from having lessons with him and i’m so grateful.

Mr Hezekiah is the best instructor anyone could wish for. He helped me build my confidence and eliminated my fears. Whenever I had difficulty with a particular task or missed it, he would patiently go over it again and again with me until I get it right.
He would say to me, and I quote, "It's not the end of the world," "throw it out the window and fix it," and that really built my confidence. I want to specially thank him for the support he gave me during my training and also passing my test first time with no faults.I will highly recommend him to other student who is ready to learn and pass their driving test first time like me with no fault.

His teaching methods are spot-on, and his attention to detail is second to none. Following his advice was the best decision I made. Lewis Knight was my instructor, he was absolutely phenomenal. I am an anxious person especially when it comes to driving, but he really took the time with me and made sure I wasn’t pushed too far too quickly. He was very kind and understanding when things got too much and helped me through each situation with grace. I can say now that I am a confident driver and it’s all thanks to him.

Learnt to drive in only 15 lessons, great teacher Mark Simpson taught me everything in great detail and is a good character.Showed real care for me and i would highly recommend this instructor.Ended up doing my test in herne bay and he gave the time and effort to go up with me multiple times before.

Thanks to Rob I was able to pass my test first time.
