Excellent service from Brookside. Of the 40 polyanthus plants ordered only 3 haven't survived, the rest are thriving. The plugs arrived on time and well packaged. Superb, thank you.

Ordering fine
Ordering fine. I have always been pleased with brookside but sorry to say not this time. I ordered garden ready pansies. They arrived beautifully packed but what has happened to the plants. Just about big enough to be sold as plugs. I have planted them out but I am really disappointed. They weren’t cheap either.

Hi
We’re very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the size of your Pansy Frizzle Sizzle.
Our 5cm Garden Ready Plants are based on the soil volume within each cell. Please note that we cannot guarantee foliage size as this can vary and is not a reliable indicator of quality or maturity, as it naturally differs between plants.
I cannot see you have contacted us in regard to this and we would love to resolve this for you, therefore I have emailed you directly to gain further information and look to a resolution with you.

Choice of delivery dates
One of the few companies that offer customer choice delivery dates within reason. The further north you live the later you want your spring deliveries for obvious reasons
