Excellent service from Brookside. Of the 40 polyanthus plants ordered only 3 haven't survived, the rest are thriving. The plugs arrived on time and well packaged. Superb, thank you.

We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

I ordered Rex Begonia from both you and RHS. You clearly supplied both orders. The 'RHS' plants were better, but cost significantly more.
The penalty of the RHS order is their postage costs are more than twice yours, however, you have packed and posted both??
I would like to buy additional plants, ideally RHS standard but your postage and packing rates.
Possible??

Hi,
Thank you for your review.
I have checked your order history and cannot see that you have purchased any Begonias from us. The only order I can locate is for Violas supplied this autumn, which is what our review invitation related to.
We also do not supply or distribute plants on behalf of the RHS, so any plants ordered from them would not have been packed or despatched by Brookside Nursery.
Could you possibly have us confused with another supplier?
Kind regards,
Anne

Svar från Brookside Nursery
Hi
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please accept our apologies again. We appreciate your disappointment when we can not supply an item, we let our customer know as soon as we can, but sometimes with live plants this can mean a crop failure very close to the despatch time.
I can see you have been very unlucky because two products you had purchased were cancelled so we do apperciate your frutration.
We strive very hard to provide good quality plants, so if they fall below our standard we will not send them out and disappoint our customers further.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
