I have been living in a property managed by The Bristol Residential Letting for years now and have been very happy with them as a tenant. My current property manager Freya is always helpful, understanding and quick to respond to any issues and queries.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with BRL, especially with my property manager Freya Reynolds, who has gone the extra mile on several occasions to help with any issues I have. Highly recommend them!

When I needed to rearrange a property inspection, it was handled quickly and without any issues, which I really appreciated.

Aimee was also helpful in explaining minor maintenance matters and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Overall, the service has been efficient, accommodating and reassuring - exactly what you hope for from a letting agency.

I have worked with Andy for some time and have to say I always find that he goes above and beyond to support the access requirements for our contractors.
