I ordered two pairs of shoes described as wide fit. When they arrived they were not wide fit. I am trying to get a refund but no joy yet, as they want me to pay to return them to China at my expense. Don't trust this company

If there was a star with zero I would award that! You pay £4.99 for delivery, the order arrives with wrong size. You are then asked to post them back at your own expense. They make out they are in Herefordshire GBR and abide by UK law but they are in China. The quality is very substandard AVOID at ALL COSTS .I have reported them to Trading Standards. Much better to support our UK market/shops

Lovely sandals, perfect fit.

I bought two pairs of sandals in different colours. They arrived within 3 weeks and are very pretty but they are different sizes despite ordering the same size, one pair is size 41 and one pair is size 42. I don't think that they are orthopaedic despite the claims but the larger pair is quite comfortable. Having seen the reviews I don't think that I will attempt to return them!

Sandals were much smaller than stated size. Customer service then says they will refund 10% and you can keep them or you have to pay for shipping back to China.

I think this company is a scam do not order been waiting over a month for a pair of sandles they keep saying order on way be patient absolute joke.

Order 2 pairs of the 16th May, given order number and tracking wich when you try to search its in Chinese, go to DHL as its suppose to be delivered via them. My tracking number is not recognised! I'm thinking it's a scam, did not subscribe either

Website states free returns, looks UK based.
Is in China, shoes are not orthopaedic and very POORLY made and they make you pay the return fee.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I wish I had read reviews BEFORE ordering.
Product is not fit for purpose. I ordered arch support scandals. Product was 2 sizes too small, cheap & no arch support. I requested refund, long email from China telling me it's too expensive and I have to pay. These sites should be taken down, total rip off & not selling what is being shown.

I ordered these shoes as a present for my Wife, that eventually turned up after waiting a month only to find that they're complete and utter rubbish.. I felt ashamed to give them to my wife ...

The Wide fit is not wide fit , the sizing is also wrong... The shipping was also very poor, just packed in a plastic bag with no added protection..

Ifi could have given them a ZERO rating I would have done.

Bought 3 pairs of sandals & 3 bras. The bras were absolutely useless, they wouldn’t have fit my 2 year old granddaughter. The sandals looked nice however 6 days into my holiday the soles on all 3 pairs have split.

I returned 2 pairs of shoes at my own cost. I have tracked the parcel which was delivered. I emailed the company with the details of delivery and was informed they haven't received them. They are only offering me 20% of the cost but I have refused. I have contacted the delivery company to follow up with this and am awaiting a signature/photo of delivery

They sent two different sizes and refused to fix the issue. Such a shame - the shoes were lovely. I was planning to buy pairs in a couple of colours, but ordered one colour to start with.
I contacted them and asked them to send a new right shoe. They seemed to ignore the details, expected me to pay postage to return, and take any risk of them not arriving, or offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the shoes. So I've essentially given away my money for shoes that I can't wear because one of the shoes is not in my size.
As I love the shoes so much I was even tempted to order a second paid in case I get the right pair but I am concerned there would also be something wrong with them!
So the whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth
If BrilliantShoes contact me to fix this now I would still be pleased to amend my review though.

Rubbish shoes, not as described, defiantly not wide fit, very poor quality. Too expensive to return you have to email to get a return address then they don't advertise return address is China. As compensation they offer you a meanly 10% . DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. Ordered on 12/04/25, almost £40 accepted by 'theshoeboxes', not delivered and can't find them on the Internet. Email disappeared too. Don't waste your money

bought a pair of shoes which, on receipt, were 100% plastic, not even a soft insole even though they claim to be "therapeutic" on some sites. Also claim to be wide fit but not so. Was hard to find anyone to complain to but eventually found customer services but have had no reply. These shoes are sold from various named sites but they are a complete rip off. BEWARE Have now heard from customer services offering10% refund or option to return shoes to CHINA AT MY OWN EXPENSE. No way of replying!

Wrong colour and too small.
Advertises as free returns on main item page but only if you go into the returns and refund pages do you find that you have to pay return cost to China!
When I asked for a refund I found that I would have to send by tracked mail and they said that it can take over a month to get back and may get lost in transit! According to the brilliant shoes website if you don't get your refund back then you have to check with your credit card company and then your bank, this sounds to me like they don't issue a refund very quickly in the hope you might forget about it.
I was offered a 10% discount if I kept them for shoes that are too small and a colour I didn't want.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my wife, the wrong size were sent & they would not replace them. Only offered 15% refund & expected me to pay for the return to China if I wanted a full refund! Also explained that things "go missing when returned to China" so don't expect a refund even if you do spend an extortionate amount to return your item.
Lesson learnt, always check the reviews when purchasing from an unknown company.

Sent the wrong item and then asked me for more money to send the correct one. Shocking service! Avoid buying from them!!
