Awful company. Ordered shoes that took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, they were not the ones I ordered. They were a cheap slide on.
Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying them as every one of them is correct. Waiting for them to reply to my email but not expecting much if the reviews are anything to go by 👎🏻

Please please don’t order anything from this joke of a company. I ordered a pair of slippers size 11. The ones they sent were different to the picture and a size 9.5-10. When I contacted them they said I could either keep the ones that don’t fit and get a 5% refund (rising to 20%), or if I wanted a pair that fits me I had to send them back to China at my own expense for a mistake they made. Sent the wrong size and sandal (cheap ones) when I contacted them they said I had to pay to return them even though it was their error. Offered me 20% max refund! I believe they do this a lot and have no intention of sending the ones advertised.AVOID

Wrong colour and size received. Insoles falling apart. Cheap plastic material. Offered ridiculous refund. Wish I’d read reviews first.

Horrible boots , nothing like a photos , not cheap £19.99 each. Refusing refund , as apparently was sale item. If you read their page as per terms and conditions they are not responsible for items advertising and you thinking they will come in certain quality lol They need shutting down , the scammers ! Try and get money back with the bank.

False Advertising & Refusing Proper Refund
I ordered two pairs of boots from this company and what I received was nothing like the photos advertised on their website. The quality, style, and overall appearance were completely different from what was shown online.
When I contacted customer service, they admitted the issue but only offered a 15–20% refund — despite the items being falsely advertised. They then told me I would have to pay to ship the boots back to China at my own expense if I wanted a full refund.
Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to reject goods that do not match their description. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they attempted to pressure me into accepting a partial refund.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, be prepared for poor resolution options and resistance to issuing proper refunds.
Very disappointing experience.

Please do not buy shoes from this company. The shoes stunk, wrong fittings but the worst of all... nowhere near the descriptions and very poor material/quality. Ready to bin them. They offered me 20% refund for my money and keep/Bin the shoes which is day time robbery. They told me to post back to China knowing it will cost more than the shoes for Shipping whilst their websites have a UK address! Bunch os liars. Please save your pennies and go to a UK reliable trading company.

I only read the reviews after I bought the shows and thought oh no Ive made a big mistake ordering these chunky Mary Jane's. A lot of the reviews about sizing were awful. I bought them because Im a 5.5 wide fit and its difficult for me to find shoes. I tried these on and they are perfect both width and length.
I am really pleased with them. I cannot find fault with these shoes.

Absolutely awful shoes, fit not true to size, bad packaging, avoid at all costs. Shame I had to give 1 star as they're not even worthy of that!

They are on a 0 the cheapest made boots from any standards, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ITEMS, the boots are cheap material on a sole, they won't refund your money and have lame excuses via email.AVOID AT ALL COST

“Very disappointing experience. I ordered boots and was sent a completely different item. When I contacted the company, they repeatedly refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead of offering a full refund or a prepaid return (which is standard when the wrong item is sent), they only offered a partial refund and insisted I pay return postage myself.

After multiple emails, they stopped engaging properly and told me to contact my bank to resolve the issue. This felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid refunding customers and push the problem onto the buyer.

I would not recommend this company — poor customer service and unwillingness to resolve their own errors

I recieved my boots nothing like the pair advertised extra thin material not suede sizing awful,would never order again they are going straight in the bin,apparent bad reviews on refunds,i paid 25.00 never again

The boots look nothing like the picture. They look like they are made from paper. Company also only offers you 10% refund, explaining returns process is expensive which they wont cover the cost of. No wonder they make money. They are happy to sell horrendously cheap shoes and most customers probably accept the 10% refund offer. Absolute scam company! DO NOT USE!

The biggest scam ever. If I could give no stars then I would. Nothing like the advertised picture and you have to pay to ship the items back if you request a refund.

Avoid at all costs. Boots eventually arrived, cheap looking, poorly made, damaged and not wide as advertised.

Saw these shoes advertised, looked stylish and lightweight as per description, I thought worth a punt at just £22 odd quid. Arrived exactly as shown in the picture, decent material, good grippy rubber, good 7.5 fit, comfortable and light. Bargain!!

I ordered 2 pairs of WIDE fitting boots, 1 brown pair & 1 black pair. They took a month to come back, both pairs were normal fitting. No good for me. I sent them an email & explaining what was wrong to be told you can send them back but I would have to pay for it. I thought it was a genuine mistake so I told them I would like another 2 pairs sent with Wide fitting, but no it happened yet again. I took the 4 pairs of boots to the Post Office to send them back only to be told it would cost nearly £34-00. Just £6-00 cheaper than what I payed for the boots. On their page it shows as free returns. However when asked they said no. Absolutely shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrific boots. Plastic looking with a cardboard looking piece down the side for £25. I'm actually laughing right now because they're so hideous. Omg I can't believe I've been so stupid to order without looking at these reviews. Wheres the minus star, cos they're not worth one
