What a shame this all is. I purchased 2 sets of Crystal lenses from Bright Eyes. I did get them!!! Shipping took over a month but I got them. To be honest, they were the absolute utter best lenses I've ever had. They felt like cool little pillows when they went on. Then they didn't feel like there was anything in my eyes. My eyes never felt dry. The color was gorgeous. The Crystal went over my medium brown and turned an icy pale blue that could be seen brightly from many feet away !
They lasted for numerous months. When I went to order again, I saw all the horrible reviews. I was shocked. I see they now have a Bright Eyes site on Shopify. It's definitely them. Same colors, same opportunity to try a few colors at no cost. However, there's no way ( per Shopify) to know if that store is truly active. *SUPER SIGH*. I've even tried to find out who manufactured those lenses hoping to find them but no luck.
I'm so sad about this. The best lenses ever....unavailable....untraceable.
I wish I could get them somewhere.
This was all back in autumn 2018.
I still to this day, look for them .

I purchased Brand New Ray-Ban New Avaitor from Bright Eyes and paid around $180 on sale. The temple of the sunglass had damaged Erased Print. I realised that after removing the Tag. I contacted them next day to get my Ray-Ban exchanged but was refused saying Ray-Ban comes from factory like this. Never had any Ray-Ban with erased print from temple.

Don’t listen to any of the poor reviews, this place is great to deal with. Ordered my New Era cap on Sunday, dispatched on Monday, received on Thursday. Product is legit with original tags etc. Very happy.

SCAMMERS - This store is a scam. Do not buy from them. Something dodgy going here. Items not received.

We had limited time and required 3 sets of sunglasses for different family members.
Fast, happy, honest service, & staff members listened to our requirements. Very happy with the glasses we now own.

Looks like their Bright Eyes site is up and running again, but this time on Shopify. They also registered PRESENT FUTURE CO and OPTICALS ONLINE.
The people who ripped me off are: MILOSEVSKI & PERRI, ABN: 78 282 008 684 in Australia.

They are doing this again! Don't trust Bright eyes, they ripped so many people off! They lied over and over again though saying they would get me my order. They delivered the extra lens but never fulfilled their original obligation. After months, they deleted their website without fulfilling the orders. They owe me $150+.

If you do order through PayPal, cancel BEFORE 25 days pass, so you can properly dispute instead of over 6 months of broken promises and then eventually deleting their site. They occasionally revive it from time to time.

They are incredibly horrible they do not realize that people with a disability have to survive I now have to go hungry because they ripped me off

I ordered and paid for a pair of contacts back in October 2018. I have not receivedthem YET!!! GOING ON 2 YEARS THEY'VE HAD MY $40. YET I STILL HAVE NOTHING. KYLIE IS THE WORST REP!! SHE'S PROMISED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY WERE OTW. TO WHERE?? NOT HERE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 5 pairs of prescription contacts on June 18, 2018. It will be 2 years - YEARS in June of this year. How can this happen? I have been given EVERY excusein the book from them moving from Australia to the US to the shipping department is making mistakes! I don’t give a fu&k what excuse they have - taking almost 2+ years to fulfill an order is ludicrous!! I know I’ll never get the order or my
money back!!!!

I ordered 3 pair over a year ago. They took my money but no product was delivered!! This is completely unacceptable. I expect someone to contact me and resolve the issue. I don't want the contacts anymore. I want my money refunded promptly!

Shouldn’t even get 1 Star, I never received my contacts I ordered and never got a refund! They owe me 50$ which isn’t that much but it the principle of the thing. This kind of treatment makes me afraid to order from anyone online, Brighteyes contacts make the entire internet shopping look bad! I had thought since they were connected to PayPal I was safe in ordering but I still wasn’t able to get anything done.

Merchandise never showed! They do this to everyone! Bs company! Absolutely scamming people in purpose

They string u along to think u r gonna receive it with every excuse until ur buyer protection is almost up then say they sent it then when it doesn’t show then it’s to late to get ur money back with paypal. $119.95 LOST!!! So mad!!!

I ordered contacts on 8/16/19 and now it's almost Christmas and I still havent received my contacts...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE/COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!! I ordered contacts from Brighteyes in April 2019 and i still have not gotten them or a refund. They sent me a reminder text message saying i havent ordered for awhile and wanted me to order again! I couldnt believe it. They did finally reply to the SEVERAL emails i sent them regarding how unhappy i was(probably just to shut me up!) they tried saying they were backed up and said i would get my contacts but 8 months later, still nothing.!!

I paid for and put in an order for 4 pairs of 1 yr contacts and NEVER got contacts. It was in June last year so now it’s over a year . They tell me they’re on itandNOTHING.. out100$ fornothing!!myorder 13938 from june7!

I purchased 2 pairs of contacts nearly 2 years ago and they never sent me my contacts or a refund! I have sent them email after email and they keep saying they will get back to me asap and then never do! This is so infuriating and absurd because it is THEFT plain and simple!

They took my money and never even sent the product, now their website doesn't exist????

Sad to say but they shouldn’t even be getting a 1 star —> last summer I ordered 2 pairs and had gotten the 12 month , they did ship but ended up only being 1 month prescription yet I paid for 12 month , wasn’t happy! then after I ordered right away bc they were very nice contacts , just didn’t get the correct pair , and never received my third pair of contacts. A few months ago I decided to try again because they had a sale and even paid express shipping for them to arrive SOON! never received them either , got emails and FB messages saying they would when they didn’t , all in all very disappointed with this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM , they won’t even give you back your money , only a discount on your next pair when they won’t even ship your previous pair you ordered! RIDICULOUS!
