Bright Eyes Contacts Omdömen 

Contacted 5 times and blocked on facebook attempting to find out where my order that was placed Novemeber 12, 2018 #21408 that was paid for and remains unfulfilled. Customer service doesn't exist.

SCAM>>>>>> They took my money and never sent the lenses. Ordered in December and received a email that they had shipped. Never received and will not send any correspondence. Pathetic service...run

This COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They stole $150 from me. I ordered contacts, they never shipped them! There is no phone number and they are next to impossible to reach via email!! PLEASE - do not order anything from these people!!!!

If I could I would give them ZERO starts because Brighteyecontacts is a TOTAL SCAM! I bought my lenses in the beginning of December 2018 and received an email the next day saying that it was shipped and NEVER GOT MY LENSES! They never sent a tracking number and everytime I try to contact them, they give me a ready reply saying they’re sorry for the delay and they followed up with the delivery... what a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM BRIGHT EYE CONTACTS!

I was scammed I ordered contacts Jan 3rd and it is Feb 19th what a ripoff

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered my contacts in my October of 2018 and still have yet to receive them although the money was taken out of my account. I emailed them on multiple occasions requesting a refund considering I have not received the product and no longer wanted the product and I was ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT !!!!!!

Well I have to give this a one star because I never received my products. Ordered contacts in November 2018 and it’s the end of January 2019 and I still have not received mine. I contacted customer service 4 times now and they have not replied once. They did withdraw the money from my bank for my purchase. I asked for a refund and this they also ignored. I wouldn’t risk buying with them. They are not honest and their customer service is extinct.

I ordered contacts October 25, 2018. Today is January 26, 2019, I have yet to receive them. I contacted them numerous times...They told me I should be receiving them soon. I asked for a refund as I NEVER received contacts, however they have dismissed my request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
I have ordered from other places...TTDEYE & STUNNING LENS and had amazing service! Stay away from Bright Eyes Contacts....SCAM!

Purchased twice. First time my order came within a week (I got free standard shipping not expedited). Second time I ordered and got free express shipping as I got 4 pairs and the order arrived next day. From this order one of my lenses had a tear and they simply asked me to send a photo (didn’t have to send the lenses back) and they offered me a refund or replacement. The staff were understanding and polite to me and I will order again as the colors are very natural but also pigmented, unlike some other brands I’ve tried.

Never ever EVER Buy from this company. They only send products to influencers so they have content to post. You will never actually get your product or a reply from them. They don't tax their contacts and have been taken off any other payment software other than paypal. After Pay has stopped working with them due to all the claims needing to be filed against them. They will delete your comments about the contacts or just delete the photo and repost it if too many scammed people comment. This company needs to be shut down before scamming anybody else. Do not put your money in this company or it will just vanish. 140$ of my hard earned money tried to be taken.

Just wanted to give an update, due to friends as influencer’s being friends with the company I got my contacts after 8 months after filing a dispute with my bank and receiving my money back 2 weeks into this ordeal after having “1-2 day priority shipping” which I also paid more money for. I have recommended everyone to stay clear from this company as if you look at all the below reviews I was a rarity to receive my lenses and btw if you do receive them... do not put them on your eyes it seems very suspicious that all my containers looked like the top of was barely attached and wrinkled which tells me they bought someone else’s contacts and probably just threw their label on there which by the way means you have no idea the sanitation levels. I got my money back and was waiting around for 8 months for not the best contacts. I never really like to say anything bad about a business but this was so beyond compelling not to write.
