Salesman Stewart Orr acknowledged us when we entered premises and said give him a shout if/when needed as we were looking at one specific one on display but something about it didn’t appeal to me salesman only spoke when I went to him for some information about a couple of cars in stock atmosphere was friendly and as they the rest is history the sale was done

Bought my Mercedes GLA 200 from the Irvine Motor store group about 2 months ago. I contacted them regarding a car which was only just put on their system, Darren got in touch straight away and was fantastic. Kept me in the loop with all the steps the car was going though before I picked it up. Whenever I asked for photos/videos it was never an issue, questions were always answered quickly. The car itself is amazing, it was immaculate when I picked it up. The process on the day of picking up my car was quick and easy. Thanks again, absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Simple and easy trade in and they helped get the car I wanted and could afford, excellent customer service , updates regularly on progress of sale and car as it had just came in and was going through a service and not, was a bit of travel to get there didn't know it was so far, but that was my fault. Got there just signed the paperwork checked over the car and drove away, simple and perfect service , would definitely use again in the future.

On first approach, was made very welcome, from Stewart and a young boy training, just let us look around at our leisure, anything we asked was made very clear without the normal salesman pitch, and explained everything clearly

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

I bought a car from them, and within just two days an emissions warning appeared. My partner and her dad returned the car to one of their branches, where we were told it would be delivered back to us once repaired. However, a week later, for what should have been a job taking less than an hour, I had to arrange my own transport—train and taxi—to collect it.

When I asked if they could deliver the car or at least collect me from the train station, I was told no. Just two days later, the car lost power, struggled to go uphill, and wouldn’t go above 30mph. I contacted them again, and they recovered it the following day.

After another week, I was told the car was “ready,” but once again I had to make my own way—an hour-long journey at my own expense—to collect it. The very next day, I started the car and within five seconds it cut out.

At this point, the car has spent more time being “repaired” than with me. I’ve repeatedly been left without a vehicle, despite still paying for the car, insurance, and road tax. I asked for reasonable compensation, especially as they couldn’t provide a courtesy car, but they offered just £100. This doesn’t even cover my travel costs, fuel, or the overall inconvenience.

I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this properly, but their customer service has been extremely poor. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to offer fair compensation is very disappointing.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst car sales experience I’ve had.

Recent car purchase went smoothly. Went to see three in all, they even went to the trouble to bring one in from another site for me. All cars were well presented and was able to test drive the one I eventually purchased. Prices were not above the average I found. They sorted out a broken glove box before I returned to pick the car up, and even gave me a sneaky darts. challenge to save an extra £100. If only my darts has been better on the day.
