BrewDog Omdömen 

Placed an order on 23rd November and it arrived on 28th November with items missing. Completed the online form immediately on 28th as the missing items are for a Christmas gift. Have also sent numerous emails and have had absolutely no response! I've never dealt with a company before who just ignores its customers. There is also no phone number to ring. It is very frustrating as I have ordered from brewdog many times but certainly won't be doing so again. Very poor customer service. **Review updated to include order number BD-668406 as it is now 9th December and I have still not received a reply to my emails! Maybe put more effort into replying to customers rather than damage limitation on Trust Pilot. I reiterate, the missing items are a Christmas present and I expect to receive these BEFORE Christmas**

Please be careful when ordering from Brewdog. I placed an order 18th November. Still has not been shipped! I have emailed 5 times and no response! I'm £30 out of pocket and have no idea how to sort it as no one reply to my emails!

Great customer service! I bought a gift card in error and an email verifying it was to be refunded asap was received in less than a week.
Brewdog is a go to anyway because the beer is so good

Ordered an advent calendar on the 20th of November and haven’t received yet. The tracking code shared by the company doesn’t exist and my 3 attempts to contact customer service through the link/email did not result in anything. Order number 664595

I had a query about an offer code not working when I tried to place an order but Amber dealt with it quickly and efficiently and my order is placed!

Ordered the 2025 brewdog advent calendar for my partner on 25/11 and it’s still yet to arrive. The brewdog website stated when I placed my order ‘any orders placed by 2pm on 27/11 would be delivered by 1st December’. I got an email from brewdog on 27/11 to say my order had been dispatched but still no sign of it on 03/12. When I input the DHL tracking number on their website (provided by brewdog) it states that it’s wrong or they haven’t received my parcel from the retailer yet. I raised an issue with their customer service team but don’t seem to be getting anywhere… all I have been advised is they’ll raise the issue with their ‘ECOM team’ because they don’t know what’s happened to my order…. I have now asked for a refund as there’s no use me giving my partner an advent calendar weeks into Christmas! Really disappointing! This will be my first and last order with brewdog! And from the looks of the other recent 1 star reviews I’m not the only one…

I had a query on the colour of my IPA which seemed pale. Amber helped me by getting an answer and also sent me a replacement pack of beer.

Leider hat sich an der Situation nichts verbessert. Trotz meines vorherigen Updates und der Bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung habe ich bis heute keinerlei Antwort vom BrewDog-Support erhalten. Es wirkt, als würde meine Anfrage komplett ignoriert werden.

Die fehlende Kommunikation ist äußerst frustrierend. Weder per E-Mail noch telefonisch ist jemand erreichbar, und es gibt weiterhin keine Klarheit darüber, was mit meinen Bestellungen passiert. Die unzuordbaren DHL-Benachrichtigungen machen das Ganze nur chaotischer.

Es kann nicht sein, dass man als Kunde tagelang auf einfache Informationen warten muss. Ich erwarte weiterhin dringend eine Lösung und endlich eine Rückmeldung, damit diese Angelegenheit abgeschlossen werden kann.

Ich habe vor kurzem zweimal bei BrewDog bestellt . Eine der Bestellungen (Order Nummer 59163) sollte vor Versand storniert werden, damit man unnötige Rücksendekosten spatt, doch ich habe bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung per E-Mail erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, und ich finde keinen zuständigen Ansprechpartner.

Sendungsnummern kann man per Shopseite nicht verfolgen und es dient zur Verwirrung welche Sendungsnummer für welche Bestellung ist da man nur von DHL eine Nachricht bekommt, die man nicht zuordnen kann um welche Bestellung es sich genau handelt von beiden.

Bitte Bestellung Order Nummer 59405 verschicken!

Ich bitte dringend um eine Lösung und erwarte eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung.

Purchased the advent calendar from Brewdog and still waiting for it to turn up. Tomorrow will be the 3rd December, having ordered it on the 24th November with two days delivery offered. Absolutely no sign of it turning up and Brewdog just blaming the courier. This service for its customers is just not good enough. I paid £50 for the calendar and received nothing. How do I know that it has been delivered. Shocking service and I would encourage you not to order for Christmas as your order simply won’t turn up. It’s just a shame their customer service don’t care.

Appalling customer service. Advent calendar ordered on 19/11 and should have been delivered on 24/11. DHL
website just shows it as “Delayed”. I sent an email to BrewDog customer service on 27/11 asking for help, and as of today 2/12 I have still not even had a reply. Just to be clear, that’s five days, and they can’t send a reply.
I’ll be disputing the charge via my bank, and BrewDog has seen the last of my business.
(Edit): another day has gone by - 6 since my original complaint - and all I have had is the generic apology below. I wonder how much longer I need to wait for any for of action….

BAD delivery
Ordered an advent calendar 25th Nov and Brew Dog glass. The glass has arrived and no advent calendar. 2nd Dec now so it's a late present now and no answer from either Brew Dog or DHL.

Update: well over two weeks and several emails in to brewdog and the trustpilot reply is still the only acknowledgement.

Easy to order on the website but horrific delivery experience. Ordered an advent calendar (#665260) was supposed to be delivered by DHL. They delivered it to completely the wrong address. After a lengthy call with them where they argued my house does not exist....they agreed to collect it and redeliver it the next day. That was 25/11. It is now 02/12 and now been told since the parcel was not scanned by them for consecutive days, it's not there concern and is now lost. I have contacted BrewDog customer service multiple times but have had no response since Tuesday 25/11 when I got an automated message and then "how did we do". I want my money back!
