A real shame, i would have put 0 star if possible !
I placed an order early december. I have never been delivered because the goods were apparently damaged during transport (not the first time with DPD France, not a surprise they are rubbish)
The order was more than 110€ for Christmas presents. I wrote 5 emails with the proofs to the customer service and got no answer since 10 days now.
What about the refund ? Or even getting the goods I ordered ?

First order with brewdog. Arrived in good time and well packed inside. Was worried as order contained 2 glasses. But was perfect.

Pathetic customer service. Avoid at all costs. Only half of my order delivered with no explanation or contact. Raised the problem and not even an acknowledgment. Even James Watts doesn't care. Give me what I ordered or refund me. Its not difficult! Have been an Equity Punk for years but they dont care

Kate made a slightly stressful experience so much better.

My package got lost in transit and I was finding it a bit hard to get hold of anyone at BrewDog to rectify it (christmas holidays/ post black friday inbox madness I'm sure)

However after reaching out on social media, Kate picked up my request really quickly and resolved it ASAP.

She gave me two options and actioned my decision the very next day in a friendly way. Thanks so much Kate

I placed an order for an advent calendar on 29th November which stated 3-4 day delivery.

It’s now 11 days since I placed my order- and the tracking number I was sent still doesn’t work. I have emailed customer service multiple times - but with no response.

I’d like to give Brewdog the opportunity to resolve the issue but they seem uncontactable.

I really didn’t expect this kind of service from such a well known brand. Very disappointed.

Great beers at a competitive price, but they need to switch the delivery provider. DHL have not done themselves any favours - my two parcels recently have both missed their first delivery slot. My cases were listed with a drop number of over 180 on tracking, and at the end of the day I received a message to say they could not access the property. The poor driver set off before 9am so I’m not surprised - bad management I would say!!

Great choice of beers would like to have an option to deliver to Ireland

Great service, great beer and the sauces are a delight

It seems that until I completed a review on Saturday 6th December my order had been forgotten. On Monday 8th I received an email informing me my order is on its way. Today, Tuesday 9th I received an email from courier company that they now gave my order. The order was placed, paid for and confirmed on Monday 1st December with a 3-4 day delivery, hmmmm

Christmas calendar...
I have now ordered a Christmas calendar from Brewdog for the past three years and it's something my partner really looks forward to however it was not meant to be this year. After submitting a ticket after 9 patient days of waiting with zero updates and a DHL tracking number that didn't work I have now received a half hearted, generic email from customer support (after 12 days). The email blames shipping errors and then goes on to offer a refund or replacement (which can be sent out first thing next week). I don't believe their customer service team understands how an advent calendar works and has provided no real effort to efficiently resolve this issue for customers affected by this issue.

I bought a bundle of beers for Christmas. A similar deal to what I had done earlier in the year so knew what I was getting. Website easy to navigate and delivery was quick. I enjoy the range of beers so will buy again no doubt.

Die Situation hat sich leider nicht verbessert. Trotz meines vorherigen Updates und der Bitte um eine schnelle Rückmeldung habe ich bis heute keine Antwort vom BrewDog-Kundenservice erhalten. Meine Anfrage scheint komplett ignoriert zu werden.
Die Kommunikation ist äußerst enttäuschend. Weder per E-Mail noch telefonisch ist jemand erreichbar, und ich habe weiterhin keinerlei Informationen zum Status meiner Bestellungen. Zusätzlich sorgen die unklaren DHL-Benachrichtigungen für Verwirrung, da nicht ersichtlich ist, welche Sendungsnummer zu welcher Bestellung gehört.
Es ist unverständlich, dass Kunden so lange auf grundlegende Informationen warten müssen. Ich warte weiterhin dringend auf eine Lösung und eine Rückmeldung.

Ich habe vor kurzem zwei Bestellungen bei BrewDog aufgegeben. Eine davon, die Bestellung mit der Nummer 59163, sollte vor dem Versand storniert werden, um unnötige Rücksendekosten zu vermeiden. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche habe ich hierzu jedoch keine Reaktion erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, und es gibt scheinbar keinen zuständigen Ansprechpartner.
Auch die Sendungsverfolgung über den Shop ist nicht hilfreich, da dort keine Informationen angezeigt werden und die DHL-Mitteilungen nicht eindeutig zugeordnet werden können.

Ich bitte darum, die Bestellung mit der Nummer 59405 endlich zu versenden.
Ich erwarte nach wie vor eine zeitnahe Antwort und eine Klärung der gesamten Angelegenheit.

I ordered a BrewDog Advent Calendar on 26 November 2025 as a present for my boyfriend, and it was meant to be special as he has never had an advent calendar before.

I received a dispatch email, but the tracking number does not work, and the courier has confirmed they never received the parcel from BrewDog. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and submitted support tickets, yet I have received no response at all.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. What should have been an exciting gift has been completely ruined, and I have been left feeling helpless with no information, no delivery, and no customer support.

I understand delays can happen, but being ignored is unacceptable, especially for a paid for gift. At this point, I have received nothing. No calendar, no explanation, and no resolution.

I would not recommend ordering important or time sensitive gifts from BrewDog based on this experience.
