I recently had my annual service carried out and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team were excellent from start to finish, and the quote I received beforehand was clearly explained and honoured on the day of the appointment, which I really appreciated.

A special thank you to Laurence B, who looked after my car. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to go through everything in detail with me. He made sure I understood exactly what had been done and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It’s reassuring to deal with someone so attentive and customer-focused.

Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When I came to collect my car Mr Suman wasn’t there but the lad who dealt with me was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT lovely lad made me a coffee did all paperwork one by one did things with time confirming everything with the Manager BRILLIANT

I’m currently not able to drive due to a back injury but my car needed a service. Brayleys offered to do a home pickup with a collection time of 8 to 11 am. They were here at two minutes to eight and the car was returned to me before noon.

Asked to fix my usb which does not show on entertainment they did not fix

This has been an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. This is not only the local dealerships responsibility it also extends to Nissan group for a total failure to communicate either with the dealership or me as the end user.
I would not touch another Nissan if you gave me one for free.
There is so much more I could put here but everyone needs to make their own mind up.
To put a car off the road for 10 weeks due to not being able to supply a simple indicator unit is poor in the extreme.

The car was presently immaculatly and the customer service was great.

I arrived there in the morning. And handed the car overThey asked me for any problems. And told me when the car would be completed. I came back in the afternoon and the car was all completed. They cleaned the car and that looked very nice.

Always made to feel welcome staff are very friendly and thorough.

From booking to collecting I found the whole experience straightforward with helpful knowledgeable staff. No issues with the service provided at all.

Arrived on what was a very busy Friday morning for our car to be serviced and a recall to be fixed.
Even though the site was very busy, the customer service was great.
We were asked to take a seat as we had to wait for a courtesy car. Which was totally understandable due to the business that day. The wait wasn't that long showed us straight to car and away we went.
We were met with great customer service and friendliness.
Over all very happy with the whole experience and the car was ready to collect few hours later.
