They picked up my car ,did what they had to do and then returned it with phone updates on the progress , very good

The booking procedure, via Chloe, was very easy and straightforward. We were given a time slot for our car service. Laurence in Service Reception was very helpful and welcoming. We waited while to car was serviced and were provided with coffee. Laurence then went through the paperwork with us. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

The Brayley member of staff, Laurence, was friendly and helpful. He told us he would keep us informed when the car had been serviced so we could pick it up. He was true to his word, we even had a coffee before returning home.

I was quite anxious about taking my car to a main dealer as I had heard stories of exorbitant prices etc but I had tried getting it fixed on the cheap and it hadn’t worked out, so I was pleasantly surprised by the service that I received, the service girl (can’t remember her name) patiently advised me on what needed doing even though I was sceptical about it all, and also didn’t charge for me for the initial diagnostic as they needed to change a component first. In the end they fixed my problem at a cost that was clearly explained to me, so I am very pleased with the service and I shall use Brayleys in future instead of trying to do things on the cheap.

Fabian was absolutely a star - he made us feel relaxed - took my husband on a test drive - then talked us through our options but no pressure was ever put on us. We felt valued.

I normally have a very good experience with Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton and have been using their services for the best part of 20 years. I am going to have to revisit them soon following a service as I have just noticed that my sidelights are not working my beam light is good. I did not notice as the weather has been so good that I have not needed to use my lights, until I went to move my vehicle late last night and found that the side lights are not working. I thought they would have been checked during my recent service/MOT. So I am a little disappointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming as always and the customer service is often second to none.
