Easy to make appointment and checking in on the day was simple. Tamarra Robey was the receptionist, very helpful and friendly, checking contact details were correct and letting me know as soon as the car was ready to collect.

All staff we spoke to friendly and helpful, so much so we might be now changing our car.
Never had any issues with this garage or it service.

Service all carried our efficiently. Car picked up on time, however, in past, car always came back fully valeted and this was not the case on this occasion

Great service! Mani and Tamara explained everything and couldn’t have been more helpful, cheerful and polite. The service plan (paid monthly) meant that I had nothing to pay on the actual day of the annual service, and having a courtesy car made everything very convenient.

Bradley’s were waiting and prepared for me and my car which was going in for its first service. I got a warm welcome and everything went smoothly.

Overall the “booking in”process was good as were the staff at reception. However being charged £30 for the use of a pool car for a few hours was a let down, given the work to be undertaken was at Honda’s request for a recall check. In summary I suggest Honda/ Brayleys consider the implications, as it takes years to build a reputation but only minutes to lose it.

Mark at Brayleys made buying a used car for my daughter a very easy process. He was friendly and took time to explain about the car and what they could do for us. At no point was there any pressure to buy. He also arranged for a new MOT and for the car to be delivered to us. Overall, excellent service.

Absolutely excellent service from Dom. He is calm, courteous, efficient and does not make you feel under pressure to make a decision. If you don’t like going into showrooms, I would highly recommend you try going to see Dom at Brayleys Honda in St Albans.

An absolute great service has been carried out to my Honda Civic! Really impressed and happy with the result.

We decided to buy my wife a Honda Jazz from the St Albans dealership remotely (we live 100 miles from them), after exchanging emails and calls with the salesman (DC) at the final stage when I was about to put down a deposit he tried to sell me a 2 year service plan & make out that he would also extend the warranty by an additional 9 months if I purchased the 2 services. When I told him that the car already had 2 services left of its 5 year service plan he told me that those 2 had been removed by their admin team!!?? I explained that I had never heard such a thing from any other Honda dealership and that the service plan stays with the car for whoever buys it. He went away to ‘check’ and called me back to say that yes the remainder of the service plan & extended warranty were indeed included & can’t be removed from the car, followed by blaming all of this on his manager. At this point all trust was destroyed and we simply couldn't buy from them with confidence. Having bought many cars over the years from various dealerships I was genuinely surprised and disappointed that a main Honda dealership would be so underhanded & unprofessional.

The staff are always very helpful and keep you well informed. Gentle reminders are given when service is due, convenient dates are given and service completed efficiently and on time. The service by Brayley is always very good.
