Purchased a brand new car, and the entire process and interaction with the salesman, Perry, was seamless, efficient and very professional. His friendly attitude was excellent and he was able to answer all of my questions about the car and the buying process.

Friendly,helpful and polite sales staff. The service department also provide an excellent service.

The whole service was seamless from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Callum took the trouble, not only to go through the paperwork after the service but to take me to the car to make certain that I was happy.

I ended up at Brayleys for servicing after my previous Honda dealer disappeared overnight. St Mary Cray is not close to home but never regretted it. So when my Honda was written off in an accident, it was a no-brainer. All went well with a new car until we encountered the awful online Honda ID system. Kingsley at Bayleys did his best, but I ended up signing the same paperwork seven times only to find that my order had been cancelled again by the system. When we finally found a solution (another Honda ID, set up at my suggestion with a different email), it was great and everything was done in about half an hour but there seems to be no way to sell a car to an individual when the system fails. Given that the car was there waiting and I had the money ready to pay for it, it was frustrating and wasted everyone's time. So it's 5 stars for Brayley but Honda need to use systems that are as reliable as their products! (this review is tagged as unprompted, but was prompted by an email from Brayleys although they have had no input into the content or advance sight of it).

Started by booking for service via call centre. Took far longer than when phoning the show room in the past.
Took car in at 8.00am as requested but did not really feel welcome as in the past. I have been a Brayleys customer for over 20 years but now Paul Brayley has sold the business the atmosphere has changed. Andy phoned when the car was ready and his service made up for the poor reception in the morning. On collecting the car we were warmly greeted by Mark who we have know for years. (We have purchased cars from him in the past.) The reception from Callum Barry was somewhat warmer in the afternoon and could not be faulted.

Everything was swiftly and efficiently dealt with.
Anna was particularly helpful and empathetic.

Efficient friendly always go the extra mile . Have driven Honda’s for years and Brayley never let me down. Keep up the good work!

This is the 4th car we have bought from Brayleys St Albans. Mark Gilham has sold us the last 3 and he has been excellent at all times. Providing help not just during the purchase process but with any other help we’ve needed.
I have nothing but praise for the organisation. Although customer parking needs attention!!! It could put some potential clients off !

As ever I received excellent service from Brayley Honda. I as able to book my car in for service on a day that suited me well. The 'collect and return' service worked a treat, meaning that I could concentrate on other things for the day.

Excellent service from start to finish especially from Manoj in service reception and from Anna who showed me the hire car. All work completed on my car as expected and car was even ready early.

Efficient friendly service

a component on my dash board had broken. The air flow control. The garage said they would try to fix it back, never having done this before but they would try.
In fact the mechanic fixed the component back in position, real great, very tricky repair to do.
I was very pleased, very helpful.

The service was fine. There was an error on our service invoice which was a nightmare to amend! Fortunately the lovely Tia sorted the issue. Brayley need to sort the telephone lines

I was very impressed. I had my car in for a service and MOT under the 5 service plan. A couple of issues needed attention under warranty. All was very efficient and friendly, better than expected.
