Miscalculation on my part shorted my self a few times. Went on the site the tile I needed was shown available. Place an order. Money processed. However I recieved a notice after placing 2nd order. Tile not avavailable did manage to find 1.5 sheets. Or could replace the order with another tile. Took the 1.5 sheets Had 2 pay full shipping even with just 1.5 sheets .I sent a note 2 customer service . That tile was still list as available on their website. Check 3 days then 1 week and the tiled was still listed available. Very misleading

Hi Dianna, we know you place the repeat order when you found the first order is not enough for you, and we just have 1.5 sheets same color as your first order as they are from the same batch, and we sold the other batch in webiste as that it is different batch with your order,it means there are a little color different in each batch,we know your have 2 sheets shortage in first order,so we can not ship different batch to you, please kindly understanding, thank you.

The tiles came exactly as promised
The tiles came exactly as promised. There were some of the little tiles missing that came loose. They promptly sent me replacements for those small tiles in a very timely fashion.

The quality of the tile was good and…
The quality of the tile was good and resulted in a nice finished job. The product was 12" x 12" sheets of small mosaic tiles probably about 1/4" square each. Some sheets had tiles that fell out during shipment but not so many as it presented a problem. One challenge I had was finding borders. I looked for pencils that were of approximate thickness but it was difficult to find anything. If Bravotti would have offered them I would have included in my order. However, the tiles look really good installed and grouted.
