I purchased my hearing aids from Boots at Middlebrook
I purchased my hearing aids from Boots in September 2020, and have today been to the store at Middlebrook, Horwich, for them to have their annual check and clean. As always, Mubarak was friendly, professional and thorough in carrying out the review. Over the three years I have had the hearing aids there have been a couple of issues with them, and on each occasion Mubarak has sorted the problems out very quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

Great Service and Customer Care
I visited the hearing department on 24/10 for a wax removal and annual review, the appointment was easy to organise, ran on time and both the audiologist (Mubarak) and hearing assistant (Sophie) were very professional. Mubarak is very informative and explains things clearly for me to understand, he also takes into consideration my lifestyle and concerns I may have. Sophie is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond every time I have seen her, she is an asset to the company. Always great service and customer care whenever I visit.

Amazing service and professional Hearing Care assistant
I was seen today by a lovely lady called Sophie. She completed my hearing Health check quickly and efficiently. She gave me all the information needed and even assisted me with questions I had about my elderly fathers aids. She is a credit to the company and I will definitely be recommending Boots Hearing Care to my friends and family.

Appointment was on time
Appointment was on time and Mubarak was friendly and provided a very good service explaining everything which gave me confidence. I have always used Boots hearing as the after care is included which is important to me. I must say that the service has improved as before I did not know who I would be seeing at my appointment. Having a rapport with the same person helps a great deal. The appointment booking service is hit and miss as it can take an age to get through if I need to alter the appointment. That is my only negative at the moment.

She's all ears (now)!
Review for Middlebrook Boots Store: Mubarak was really good at explaining every step of the process as my mother had her extensive tests prior to choosing her new hearing aids. He included me in the discussion which was further evidence of his excellent communication skills. Not only this ..but he was able to provide those hearing aids on the day. So Mum went from lip reading to hearing in just over one hour!
