Boots Hearingcare - Horwich Omdömen 

I came in to choose some new glasses and managed to get a hearing test at the same time.
I was very fortunate to be dealt with by Mubarak, who was Exceptionally Proficient in conducting the test and giving extremely good advice.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was Absolutely Charming !

The staff at Boots Hearingcare are wonderful. They treat me like a human being! Because of my outward appearance - I'm alternative and love body art - I was treated like dirt elsewhere. Not at Boots though, my audiologist Maimona was patient and thorough, she explained everything from start to finish. Setting up the MyPhonack app for me, talking me through everything. Highly recommend.

Boots Middlebrooke Bolton Only had 15min initial assessment but despite being told that room (first next to waiting area) was soundproof with door shut I could hear people outside talking, footsteps passing, chairs scraping on floor… told assessor could hear too much noise over test during. Could hear most of earphone sounds but too much external noise and couldn’t concentrate either. Friend had assessment in second room couldn’t hear any outside sounds. Also she sat in small cubicle inside 2nd room. Not available in my room. Tester very thorough but I don’t feel fully accurate assessment. Told did not need more testing yet but Will arrange another one elsewhere.

All the Audiologists and their team at the Middlebrook branch are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, patient and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Maimona, Sophie, Mubarak and Niz are an asset to Boots Hearingcare

Great service from my audiologist. It’s just a shame that the initial hearing aids that were ordered were defective. However, the problem has been resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Excellent from start to finish, hearing test, hearing aids chosen, all fully explained. Collected hearing aids, a couple of follow up visits for slight adjustment and I can hear things I had totally forgot about. I would recommend Boots so professional and communicative.

Purchased new hearing aid and was supported through trial period with changing settings to suit my real life daily needs. I required adjustments and was supported with this by Maimona. She was professional and caring, she listened to what I had to say and tweaked my hearing aid to enhance my hearing experience. I am happy with my purchase and the after care given and would recommend Boots to others because of this.

This was the third set of hearing aids I've had from Boots at the Middlebrook, Bolton. The pair of Phonak hearing aids I've just replaced lasted me for five years and during that time I found Mubarak and Sophie very helpful with any small problems I had with them. Also, the yearly check up they carried out was always very useful.
Maimona is the audiologist who helped me choose my latest pair and I found her very personable and professional and I had confidence in what she was telling me.
I have until the middle of June to return this purchase if not satisfied but do not envisage that occurring.

Why can’t I buy slimming patches for your outlet. I don’t want to have to buy them from an outlet. I did buy some that I thought were from you but they came from America and were tiny.
