Very knowledgeable assistant, friendly and informative. Can’t say anything about the actual hearing aides as I haven’t received them yet.

Simple process, everything explained in a way that was easy to understand including what effect my hearing loss may have in the future.

Demonstration of available hearing aids and recommendations for my level of hearing loss were discussed and agreed and fitting booked in.

Jo , the audiologist was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide which hearing aid to purchase. He explained the difference between each type of hearing aid and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive.

Sat waiting for 25 minutes where there was no heating. I am 82 years old and I was shivering by the time I was seen.
Actual consultation was very good and the lady was lovely.

After burying head in sand decided to have hearing checked and found I needed hearing aids. From my first visit with Rebecca who explained carefully,clearly and sensitively what my hearing loss was to susequent visits with Laura who performed full test, helped me choose the best aids for my loss and showed me clearly how aids would benefit me I have been treated with sensitivity.

The appointment time was adhered to exactly. Staff were very friendly, well-informed and provided a very clear explanation of the situation. They showed the degree of hearing loss and explained what they could do to help. They were able to supply very quickly the aids needed and gave an excellent demonstration of their usage, We could walk away with confidence.

Your representative was very knowlegeable and I learnt a lot from him that I had not heard from others. However when it came to selling the hearing aid it was a hard sell He started by trying to sell me the most expensive hearing aid, the prices decreasing thereafter. He said this one had more channels and the further down the price guide you went the lower amount of channels. When he seen the prices were a bit out of my range he then introduced me to a cheaper one that was not on the list. He then said it would be fine for my needs as I only needed 2 channels. So my question is why try and sell me the dearest one. I wanted time to think about it but he pushed and pushed until I put down a deposit. On leaving and mulling it over I was annoyed, so on the Monday I rang up and cancelled the order, refund was straightforward without incident however.

Update. The team say they will reach out to me but to date no one at all has been in touch. Easy words to write bt dont follow up the statement they make

I found the service to be very efficient, and Rebecca was extremely pleasant and thorough with her explanations.
She also made me feel comfortable in her presence.

The audiologist was very professional. But more than anything he had the patients and understanding to take the time to clearly explain everything that was happening. It certainly was a positive experience and I am glad that we went to Boots Hearing Care

My hearing test was quite relaxed and RebeccA put me at ease she was informative helpful and gave good advice I have hearing aids that are comfortable and I,m finding a lot of difference to my hearing
