Boots Hearingcare - Gateshead, Metrocentre Omdömen 

My very expensive hearing aids we’re un changed one was faulty and after two weeks still haven’t had any contact from Boots so going to ask for a refund £3,500 to be exact
The service has deteriorated over the years and assume that you will refund

It is very difficult to make an appointment for an annual review of hearing aids. I received a text with a link to make an online appointment. Only 2 options were available - neither of which were possible for me. I made a special trip to the Metrocentre to make an appointment, only to be told that I could only make a hearing test appointment and I needed to phone to make an annual hearing aid test. Boots don’t seem to realise that only providing a phone option is not good for those who can’t hear very well! Why does the online version not work, if Boots refuse to provide a face to face option?

The young lady was very helpful, polite and explained everything think she was called kate. Going to see her again 4th August for a check up but was really satisfied with my purchase.

Great service - I had appointments with two advisers- one for the initial check and as I identified hearing loss the full hearing test. Both were very approachable and friendly answered all questions without any hesitation. Excellent service. Thank you

The technical advice was good but appointment timekeeping was less than satisfactory. Staff were caring and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish for my elderly blind mother. Very considerate and attentive consultant. Took time to explain the process for wearing, cleaning and charging.

The audiologist was very friendly and explained the process very well taking her time to do so as well as asking if I had any questions.

Everything was explained in detail. The hearing test was thorough. I was assured that if I didn’t find the new aids suitable I could return them, The audiologist was understanding of my needs and friendly. Looking forward to getting the new CROS aid.

Very happy with the service I received from the audiologist (Rachel I think). Handled my hearing test very well. Was very informative and explained everything with clarity. Answered all my questions with good knowledge. Hearing aids not cheap but proving to be very worth it. No more blasting the TV with subtitles on! Understanding speech with much more clarity.
