Never order on Bloomingdale's

Never order on Bloomingdale's since you will never receive your package! I ordered a package and it never arrived. The Doordash delivery person delivered to another building and Bloomingdale's said that it was delivered since they had the picture of the delivery but the picture didn't show where it was delivered. This is unacceptable!

Loyalist Account is a Scam

Don't be a loyalist unless you want to be scammed. I have been shopping with Bloomingdales forever and recently they had their promotional gift card event. I purchased 2 Ferragamo belts and received $200 in gift cards added to my wallet on my account. A day before you could redeem those gift cards I received an email from Bloomingdales stating "your account has been updated with your new email"...this was fishy as I did not initiate this change. Right away I tried to login into my account and it did not work. I used the "reset my password" link and it stated "no account found with that email". I knew my account had been compromised most likely due to the $200 in gift cards I had on there.
I called Bloomingdales right away and the person took a good 20 mins to "investigate" and finally came back with "I have escalated this matter to a specialist and you will receive a response in 72 hours. Your account will be reset and you'll have to update all your info again. If you'd like, you can just create a new account." All this is fine and dandy but I asked her "what about my $200 gift card that's on that account?? The redemption day starts tomorrow and what if the person goes in and uses all that??". Her response to that was "Oh I cannot look into that. For that I'll have to connect you to the gift card center". She then transfers me to the gift card center after being on the phone for 25 mins already.
Once I was connected to the gift card center, I explained my situation to the guy and told him everything that had happened so far. He spends 10 mins looking into my account. After 10 mins, he goes "I don't see any gift cards on your account". I told him that there were definitely gift cards on that account and I have emails from Bloomingdales to prove it. He then puts me on hold for another 5 mins and comes back with "yes, I see them now. What I can do is just create a physical gift card for $200 and send it to your house". I was like great, that works. He then asked me for all my info and mailing address. He puts me on hold for 10 mins saying he's initiating the request and getting the card created. After 10 mins, he comes back saying it'll be another 5 mins. After 5 mins, he comes back saying it'll be another few mins and he's getting permission from his supervisor and everything will be taken care of. He keeps saying "few more minutes" over and over again and after 20 mins had passed, I was pretty p***** off. At this point I told him I can't wait anymore, it's Monday morning and I've already been on the phone with Bloomingdales for almost an hour. He then assures me he'll get this taken care of in 5 more mins. After 5 mins, he comes back with "I unfortunately cannot send the gift card over to you as that is not in our policy. I have initiated a claim on your behalf to look into this situation and you'll receive a response in 5 business days"...ARE YOU SERIOUS?? At this point I was livid and went off on him stating why the hell he put me on hold for all this time AFTER assuring me he'd send the gift card to my house only to come back with "we've filed a claim".
This was the last straw for me. Their claims center isn't going to do s*** for me. I have decided to return both belts and get my money back. I have no interest in doing business with a place like this that has no integrity and will scam you. I will much rather give my money to places like Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom where I've never had an issue. Bloomingdales to me is no longer a luxury department store, they're classless with a ton of incompetent people working for them.

Hello

Hello, I want to thank All the ladies that work at BHELPFUL SERVICE CENTER!! Special thanks to Pushpa Bathija and Tracie Hodge who went above and beyond to help me with a return and find a replacement! Marianna was also a very sweet lady. The manager stopped by afterwards and was also very sweet! I unfortunately didn’t get her name. So if you ever need help with anything at all these are the ladies to help you!! Thanks again! ORDERED CHARGED NO MERCHANDISE

I ordered merchandise from Bloomindales and paid extra for one day delivery. They sent a cancellation order because they could not deliver. Meanwhile to date 7 days later I still have not received merchandise. There was a charge but no reversal on my credit card. I have been on the phone for many hours getting no help. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

It is the worst company

It is the worst company. I did a return over a month ago because I received a damaged product, and now over 6 weeks past, and despite many calls and emails, I have not yet received my refund.

This has been one of my worst shopping…

This has been one of my worst shopping experiences EVER! When I call, they say I have an account, but there is no way to access it. No one I talk to there seems to have any idea what is going on. I ordered a man's beautiful linen shirt as a gift and they shoved it in a little plastic bag. What has happened to Bloomingdale's?

A simple return

I bought 2 YSL clutch in different sizes. After I received them I realized I just need a bit bigger and was going to by a larger bag after the return. But now they will only take back the one saying the other isn't in good condition. I sent it back in the exact same condition I received it and now I am stuck with it. So I will but my next bag in person and not through Bloomingdales witch sends out merchandise they think is damaged and now won't take the return!!!

Waste of time!

They advertise sale and then exclude almost all the good merchandise . Either do an honest sale or not. Their Leadership team especially Sales & Marketing needs to be turned over. Waste of space!!! Zero talent!

DO NOT USE Bloomingdales if you're in…

DO NOT USE Bloomingdales if you're in the UK as you'll end up with Borderfree and they're rubbish. It wasn't clear that I was using Borderfree and I'm sure that's wrong in some way. Ordered on 3rd July and item still isn't shipped. Was supposed to be a present but I've got 3 days and then it's too late. Review your partners Bloomingdales, they are bringing you down with them!

Received this email 5 times and customer support can do nothing except for not supporting the customer in being utterly incompetent and unable to provide what information was not verifiable or what additional information could be provided to allow the transaction to proceed.

I have never encountered such incompetency from a retailer in today's day and age, Bloomingdale's is surely going to kick the bucket soon.

Bloomingdales is a going out of business Macys…

Bloomingdales used to be a place where your fashion experience was as priority to them as it was to you. If you needed to have an upscale dress sent in, it was top priority. Their service was incredible. Now, you simply get an overseas call center with a wait time of over a half hour. I placed an order for 3 dressed on Saturday, with expedited shipping. They wanted further credit card verification and notified me via email. I called Sunday morning and verified. I explained I needed the dress by Tuesday. They replaced the order and took my credit card information, saying it’s the fastest way. I called Monday when I saw that there had been no shipping information updated. After waiting over a half hour, they inform me that they never replaced the order and also one dress is now out of stock. It is now Tuesday, the day I needed the dresses, and they haven’t even shipped. Bloomingdales went from prestige to becoming the equivalent of a going out of business Macys. Shop at Revolve, they never let you down.

Five star service from Mehdi and Mohamed

I would like to give five stars to a sales agent Mehdi who was so professional and gave us great advice while we were looking for home fragrance in the Culti collection. And also to Mohamed at the cashier who was as well so helpful and made us feel like valued customers. Thank you guys for your perfect service.

Issue with every single order here

Every time I order from this website there is a problem with my order. Most recently- item I received was a broken/used frame different from the frame I ordered. In the meantime, they sold out of the actual item I was supposed to have received. Two orders ago, I received a shirt I never ordered but my order was missing two dresses (although I paid for them and they were shown as packaged). I could go on and on with examples of the fact that they are not reliably able to deliver the items you order and pay for! Don't ever count on this place to get you your order at the last minute, order well in advance so you have time to fix their mistakes! Their customer service does not care that you are inconvenienced by their mistakes, I've never received a coupon code for a future purchase or even an apology!

terrible horrible customer service - Do Not Order

horrible customer service. I ordered 2 things. 2 days later they canceled one and when I asked them to cancel the 2nd item, they said that it wasn't possible. That I had to wait until it got to the store, not pick it up and then wait for it to get returned for non pick up and then get a refund. So basically they want to keep my money in hand for a month while all that shakes out and waste time and money shipping an item to a store and then back because I don't want the order any longer. I've interacted with CS several times, no new solutions. Ridiculous.
