bloomingdales credit supervisor named jennifer on my demand gave her ID L183148 is the nastiest supervisor of bloomingdales, insisting her credit rule, won't listen to customer. Item returned was received, refunded $600+, but $29.00 automatic payment not refunded, insisting cannot be refunded, due to balance of $2,500+ on ordered item not received, not on my hand as I spoke to this nasty supervisor. She switched me to male agent of return dept cannot fully assist me, my credit summary unaccessible on his, my end, as if hacked, happened after I spoke with nasty supervisor. Male agent of return dept switched me back to credit dept, spoke with an agent telling me bloomingdales automatic payment is non refundable, told her its robbery, the fact item was refunded, thus $29.00 must be refunded to no avail, after asking for supervisor was the same nasty supervisor insisting her credit rule of item in transit not in my possession. I made her answer specific, is bloomingdales going to keep my $29.00, after I reject delivery of item on transit means I don't owe bloomingdales nothing is robbery. She was too reluctant to say refund. I emphasized I'm checking my bank account of $29.00 refund from bloomingdales-billing is confusing, is robbery to average consumers must be wary at bloomingdales' automatic payments. I'm waiting for bloomingdales dragging to refund my $29.00.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a very large purchase last December. I had loyalty points and they do not roll over. The agent actual said (when refusing to reinstate them) that I should have know that would happen as it is in the contract I signed. NOBODY reads that fine print. Then I tired to cancel the order I had made 15 minutes before and they wouldn’t do it. Way to make my blood pressure rise and shopping experience unpleasant.

I opened an account with Bloomingdale’s and received a Bloomingdale’s AMEX card. I purchased several things and paid several bills over a few months. I went there today to buy two gift cards and the System would not process the credit card. I called the 800 number from the store and they said the account was in good standing and tried to work with the cashier. They disconnected once and screwed it up so many times the automatic fraud prevention software closed the card. Then they said I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get a letter to re-authorize and close my account. I will never ever shop at Bloomingdale’s again and as soon as I get my authorization code, I will close the account for good. Called back to close account and they refused for 7-10 business days. I already destroyed the card.

I order Gucci Floral Gardenia and coco channel which is cost of Aed 1515/- for both perfumes .
the Gucci price of Aed 755/- while the channel Intense Aed 760/-
And it says Eau De Perfumes.
However the Gucci didn’t seems to be original due to it stays only 30 mins, i have to spray again in again. Is this normal to a Gucci flora Gardenia.
Is my first time trying this Gucci flora Gardenia. Otherwise my long time fav perfume is Channel modemoisel. Otherwise i will take it to Sephora and have it checked if original or not am so disappointed honestly 😔. Is not 1 dhs.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered AFRM dress online using their app, paid for express shipping (which I will never get back) and they sent me the wrong dress, without slip lining (dress is sheer) and with no tag attached. When I called customer service I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I will never order from them again.

Alured by a 15% discount for new customers, I placed a gold chain on sale for $3200 in the cart. However, the 15% coupon code did not arrive (kept getting messages that the site is going through maintanc!!??). Right after the sale was over (and the price of the chain in the cart went up by $900) I received the 15% copon!!.

Bllooomingdale (now same as Macy's) is no longer a reputable and trustworthy retailor. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them.

The customer service is laughable. I ordered an item as a birthday present, paid extra to ensure it would arrive on time, and contacted customer service when it remained in the processing stage. I was told by an agent and (supposedly) a manager that it was in process and there’s nothing they can do about it (non-answer) despite me asking when it would arrive and telling them it should be shipped overnight so it would arrive on time. Two days later and now I’m notified it’s out of stock? I should have been told two days ago so I could address the situation. This is NOT what I expect from Bloomingdale’s. I’m furious and will no longer be shopping with you. (I have the screenshots of my interaction with customer service.

Terrible online store. Placed an order for valentines, approved and then cancelled waited 6 days for money to return. Placed order and followed the instructions I was given and yet order is cancelled again.

Now I am left looking silly because my partner doesn’t have a Valentin gift not even a late one

Terrible. I have been placing Christmas orders, all that were cancelled because of possible fraud. Then recently a bedding order. Cancelled as well. I spoke with a representative over the phone both times to figure this out. They just give me a run around and tell me it will take 2 weeks for funds to be back in account and to use another card. I missed the sales and ended up just going into the store. Online Bloomingdales is just terrible and anything but easy!

I purchased a product online. As soon as I made a purchase, they sent me "YOUR 15% WELCOME OFFER" to my email address and multiple marketing emails, and deducted the money from my credit card. However, I never received the order confirmation email. I emailed the customerservice at bloomingdales to request my order confirmation and shipping status, but they are keep responding to me, saying "Email address used in the order(the email which you have shared is incorrect)" and refusing to give me any information. I know that the email I put in was correct, because otherwise, why would I get all the marketing emails to my correct address.

I'm going to file a complaint to BBB, and start a dispute process with my payment.

The man who manages at this store looks like someone you would expect to find selling you a car definitely isn’t the type of person you would expect coming from the back room of this company guess that’s why they’re going out of business

Do not use PayPal for any purchases at Bloomingdale’s. I made an order in November. I didn’t receive a return refund from an order I sent back in 21days of the 90 day return policy. I called to see what is going on with my return refund bc I didn’t receive any kind of correspondence. I was told its refunded in a form of merchandise credit. I didn’t receive merchandise credit as well, but I made my purchase using PayPal credit and it should go back on my PayPal credit. Long story short I’ve called Bloomingdale’s 5 times and the story keeps on changing and still I have not received my refund in no way, shape or form. I had disputed the charge and Bloomingdale’s told PayPal it was applied 12/18. Which was not. So PayPal credit put the charges back on my card to be paid. Did I mention the amount is over $3000 too. Merchandise has been in Bloomingdale’s possession since December 16, 2024 and I still have not been compensated.

Bloomingdales Purchased my personal data to send me spam. No doubt they’d be selling my data on. The organisation is deliberately structured so you cannot request your data to be deleted and has no data controller available. Customer service will refuse to delete your data unless a premium number is called. Enjoy being sued in the future.

Bloomingdale's bought my data to spam me. I've never heard of them until today. I quickly unsubscribed, but this kind of practice deserves all the negative attention it can get.

Someone used my email account, to register an account, Trying to get my email account and the profile connected to it, removed was impossible, the customer service where as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Don’t touch this company with a 20ft barge pole

Absolutely horrible! Do not order from them! Been 10 days since I ordered online & can’t get a response.

Update: Received the package 15 days later & they sent the wrong size!!!

I bought several items and wanted to especially mention how kind and helpful Emmanuela was!❤️
She totally went out of her way to help with my return/purchase!
I will definitely go to her next time I shop, as she has a lovely manner towards customers.

Terrible! They are not reliable. I bought 2 watches as a Christmas gift and they sent just one. I’m struggling with their terrible customer service for one week and they don’t resolve the issue. I paid $2600 and they don’t reimburse or send me the watch. Anytime that you call they say something different and don’t resolve at all.
