Shopped in Blacks Nottingham on Sunday. A very friendly welcome into the store. We had excellent customer service from Josh on the first floor when trying to buy walking shoes/ boots. A successful purchase for 3 pairs.

One of my favourite go to shops

All the staff we spoke to were very kind and knowledgeable. John was exceptional when helping my son select and fit new hiking boots.
